STATEMENT OF PROBLEM!

Will the plant grow faster with Water, Fanta, or Coke?

Page 3: Science Fair Project

HYPOTHESIS!

The Fanta will make the plant grow faster because it has the most sugar.

VARIABLES!

Independent- Water, Coke, and Fanta

Dependent- How fast it grows by measuring the leaves

Constants- Plant, same window, same amount of liquid poured, same amount of sunlight, and same amount of soil .

CONTROL GROUP!

The control group is the plant that has the water.

CONCLUSION

Well I tested the plant for 5 days, and it didn’t grow once. My hypothesis was wrong, and would be wrong is I would have picked any other liquid because none of my plants grew. Next time I want to improve by maybe extending the days to about 10 and maybe put it in a different spot because it might have gotten to much sunlight.
