How to bring in the Transaction codes on the SAP Menu tree.

Step 1: In the SAP Menu as below you don’t find any Transaction codes for a particular transaction. To bring the Transaction code on the menu path, you will have to follow the path – Extras Settings

A pop up appear now, after which you will have to select the Indicator for “Display Technical names”

Step 3: Now back to the menu path where you were earlier and you will see the transaction codes have come in. Now you can also see the T codes along with the Transaction name.

How to set your Own Data in SAP R/3 i.e. how to set user specific information.

Step 1: Follow the path, System Own Data

The next screen you will see is:

Go to Defaults to set the numeric format and data format.

In the above screen you can actually set the date format that you like and the numeric decimal formats that you like.
