The Purchaser and the Vendor hereby agree as follows:

In consideration of the Reservation Fee the Vendor hereby reserves the Apartment for sale to the Purchaser until the end of the Reservation Period.
At any time prior to the signing of a Contract of Sale for the Apartment by the Purchaser, the Purchaser or the Vendor may end this Agreement and the Reservation
Fee shall be refunded back to the Purchaser.
In the event that a Contract of Sale for the Apartment is prepared (i.e. a Sales Advice Form executed) the Reservation Fee shall be applied towards the deposit
payable under that Contract of Sale.
If a Contract of Sale for the Apartment is prepared but the Purchaser does not execute a Contract of Sale for the Apartment within the Reservation Period and pay
the balance of deposit payable under that Contract of Sale, any rights of the Purchaser under this Agreement will lapse and the Reservation Fee will be refunded.
