4th Sunday of Easter
We would like to honor our First Communion and Confirmation classes on what would have been the weekend of their Sacraments. Please keep these students and all students making their Sacraments this Easter Season in your prayers.
I am so proud of each and everyone of you for your hard work and dedication to your faith during this trying time. You are all wonderful young people that will become strong voices for our faith. May you all continue to grow in the Faith of our Lord each and every day. God Bless you always. Mrs. Rachael

As you know our Gala was initially supposed to take place last weekend and then was rescheduled to June. Due to the circumstance from COVID-19, unfortunately, I need to inform you that the June date has been canceled. We continued with the weekly drawings through April as scheduled and I want to thank all those parishioners that purchased memberships for their support. The school’s operational budget is dependent on the success of the Eight Month Club so especially in clouded economic times such as now, your generosity is much appreciated.
As usual we will sell new memberships next Fall and I hope I can once again count on the support of the parish as we are one St. Rose community. The Crowne Plaza has already reserved a new date for the 2020-2021 Eight Club Members Gala and that is May 14th 2021. Memberships for next year’s Gala will be available for purchase in the Fall. I am sure, like me, many of you are eager for life to return to some normal routine and experience an evening out socializing with others.
Lastly, I want to thank our PTO Board (Parent Teacher organization): Ms. Kerri Baccari, Mrs. Jennifer Elliott, Mrs. Tracey Weijlard and Mrs. Kayla Dias for their devotion as their term ends at the conclusion of this academic year. They put a lot of time into planning many events including the Gala. As a new Board will be elected, we will certainly seek guidance from them to organize arrangements for next Spring’s event.
I wish everyone good health and I again thank to parishioners for supporting their parish school and purchasing a membership to the Eight Month Club. I assure you the funds collected from your membership have been put to good use in sustaining your parish school.
God Bless!
An Act of Spiritual Communion My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament. I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally. come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen
Thank you to Gayle Mambro-Martin for coordinating and to the crew who packed and served 100 meals to our friends in Oakland Beach and West Warwick. Gayle secured ready-to-eat cans of ravioli and pudding for dessert. Karen Pertuso arranged for a donation of Iced Tea from Granny Squibb’s, and Tourtellot and Co. donated sweet potatoes, apples and carrots. Tonya and Aidan Toussaint brought hot coffee to West Warwick which was much appreciated on a misty, cold afternoon.
