The successful allottce of a plot shall pay to the 'Com-missioner of Lnnds within thirty f30) days of notilication thathis/her applkcation has lbcen 'successful, the stand premiumand lproportion of the annual rent ftogether wfth conveyancing,stamp duty, registraticn fees, contrlbutions in liou of rates,roads and drains charges and survey fees. ln default of 'pay-ment withln the specilied time, the Commissloner of Landsm1y cancel the allocations and the applicant shall have no daimto the plot.

1 . The grant will be made under the provislon of the 'Govern-ment Lands /ri-rust 'Land Act, and title will bc issucd tznderthe Registration of Titles A'ot (Ca.p. 281) or the ReglsteredLand Act fcap. 300) as the case may be.2. The grant will be issucd in the name of allottee as gîven

3. The term of the grant will be for nillety-nine (99) yearsfrom the 'first day of the month following the isslle of theletter of allotment.
