Sa’ada Development - Location
The Sa’ada Development is located in the Muharraq area which is North-East of Bahrain; Located on the East & West sides of the Khalifa Al Kabeer highway, close to Sheikh Hamed Causeway, Al Ghous, and Khalifa Al Kabeer highway interchange.
The site is strategically located between the Kingdoms two largest islands, with access proposed to respect the pedestrian family.

The Sa’ada Development goals and aspirations have been clearly identified “to achieve a vibrant leisure development that would energize the area of Muharraq and the scenicwaterfront”. F&B outlets will contribute to both social and economic characters of the area.
The development is recognized as prestigious due to it’s strategic location and due to the relationship with the surrounding developments, being mainly residential in nature.

Sa’ada Phase I is a mixed use waterfront development envisioned as one of the most prestigious developments in the Kingdom of Bahrain. It will create a touristic offering which will link Muharraq Souk to the scenic waterfront sunset.
The development will create a vibrant interaction point between the historical significance of the old souk and the magnificent views over the Manama night skyline. The site will be approached by a pedestrian bridge that connects the two phases of the project.
The project consists of Public waterfront corniche, Retail/F&B, Marine Centre, Marina, Open plazas and Carpark building
