Roxer Advertising has been founded in 1991 and besides the classic advertising campaigns acquired event marketing projects as well. Due to the growth of the local market, the variety of the project types as well as to the clear separation of ATL and BTL activities diversification became necessary. In order to provide affective services to a clients Roxer Group has been founded, therefore Roxer Event has taken over the event marketing projects. In 2006 a name change and a corporate facelift has led to Roxer Event & More LTD.

Corresponding to the high professional expectations Roxer Event & More has became one of the leading event marketing companies during the past 15 years. It’s important within the industry is also shown by the fact that an Event Marketing Section has been founded within the Association of Hungarian Communication Agencies co-founded by Roxer Event & More Agency.

Communication approach

Our practice of the last 19 years has proven that in lot of cases an event has an equal role in communication to advertising. Also with the growth of importance BTL channels sometimes reaching the target audience and transferring the message is more effective with an event. It became obvious to adjust our event concepts to our clients business targets and communication activities. That means that every single element of our events including the creative concept, the execution and event decoration elements corresponds to a clients needs. This enables them to communicate the appropriate message to the relevant target group in an adequate way.

BAT National Sales Meeting and Christmas Party

Yearly sales meeting for BAT sales representatives. Our task was to create an inspiring atmosphere and a unique occasion to evaluate the last year. An extraordinary concept was developed for this occasion. Our idea was to organise a proper garden party in the middle of the winter season. Therefore, a monumental garden setting was built up that we filled with stunning entertaining programs.

Dunhill Launch party 2007

Client: British American Tobacco Hungary Guests: 100 VIP’sLoaction: Four SeasonsTask: Planning, organisation, execution

In 2007 British American Tobacco introduced its super premium brand, Dunhill cigarettes, with its three variants, produced with the use of especially high quality materials. One of the most challening tasks of the agency was to reach and activate the target costumers of this unique, premium product, which we acheived by organizing several different events. We commissioned the Michelin-star chef of the Four Season’s hotel in Milan for the occasion, whose exquisite dishes enchanted the quality sensitive audience, thereby contributing the exclusivity of the event.

Pall Mall Stage Fever – Sziget Festival 2005

Client: British American Tobacco Hungary Guests: Festival attendees Location: Sziget FestivalTask: Planning, organisation, execution

Concept based on offer appropriate accommodation for a night the one who won the daily activity (Be a rockstar!) of the Pall Mall Stage Fever area. The participants had to fulfill different tasks during the game such as stage diving, yelling contest, guitar demolishing and T-shirt tearing on stage.

Pannon Rebranding Event

Pannon GSM commissioned our agency to develop the corporate image change of the company. The task included the internal communication of the new image towards employees, as well as its external introduction towards business partners. We had to organize and hold two separate events on the same day and same venue, but in different mood and style. Our client required absolute confidentiality during the preparations. .

• A country-wide energy-saving concert series.• Free of charge concerts in the biggest cities of the country. • The popular bands of Hungary played acoustical instruments. • During these concerts we used only a little part of a traditional

concert’s energy-demand. • At a concert lamps use the biggest amount of energy, that’s why

we had daytime concerts.• We need far less sound-technology as these were acoustical

concerts.
