RUNNIN’ REBELS/BATBUSTERS USA Tournament Rules 1. All teams must be USA registered; team rosters and proof of insurance must be provided. USA rules prevail 2. All managers are requested to control their respective teams and fans during this tournament. 3. No Radios or “beat boxes” allowed inside complexes, fields or parks. 4. Game time is forfeit time. 5. Home team shall be decided by a coin flip at home plate prior to game time. 6. Home team shall be the official scorebook. 7. The first team listed on the tournament game schedule shall occupy third base dugout, unless a team has just finished and has consecutive games on that field. 8. 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, & 18U Time limit, no new inning after 1 hour 30. 9. 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, & 18U Sunday’s Championships no new inning after 1 hour 30 minutes. Run rule applies to all championship games. 10. The final championship game – time limit 1 hour 40 minutes. 11. Run Rule: Ten runs after four innings; seven runs after five. If game is tied after seven innings or time limit, the international run rule will go into effect in championship games only. Note: Any questions concerning the application of the above rules should be referred to the Umpire-in-Chief. 12. Tie Breaker for total team points earned: Win: 10 pts, Tie: 5 pts, Loss: 0 pts. 1) Head to head 2) Least runs allowed (RA) 3) Most runs scored (RS) 4) Coin Flip 13.
