MAKE AND DO
How to Make a Pinwheel
You will need:
Square piece of firm paper
Hole punch
Pencil
Scissors
Drinking straw
Fold paper square, corner to corner.
Use hole punch to make a hole on each corner and in middle. You can use a pencil to poke
a hole in the middle if not using a hole punch.
Cut along four folded lines into middle; ensure you only cut two-thirds along the folded line.
Place straw into middle hole.
Fold each hole-punched corner into middle and thread onto end of straw.
Your pinwheel is now ready to spin! Blow on it and watch it turn.
