Florence Rotary Club

• Organized by Jefferson Boone Aiken, Sr. and other local businessmen in 1921.

First meetings were at Central Hotel.

Club meetings were held in the Blue Bird Tea Room in 1920.

A.C.L. Restaurant 1921 – late 1930s

In the 1940s, the club moved to the Sanborn Hotel (formerly the Central Hotel).
