Rick Pedrosa is a State of Florida licensed mortgage lender having affiliations with the Florida Associations of Mortgage Brokers & National Associations of Mortgage Brokers. He has over twenty-five years of diverse general management, operations and marketing experience with regional, national, and international real estate firms, real estate development and a manufacturer of computer parts.

He specializes in business development, strategic planning, real estate asset, property management, leasing, and loan servicing. He holds in-depth knowledge of a wide range of subjects, like market analysis, contract negotiation, underwriting, plan development, site acquisition. Organizational skills, and budget counseling.

Mr. Pedrosa is responsible for managing operations, rentals, and servicing of heavy & construction equipment for multi-million dollar projects. He is also the Branch Manager for “High Tech Lending” in Coral Springs, Florida. He was selected by a national company in 2008 to manage branch center in South Florida. Since then, he has generated new business through presentation of bank products and provided loan counseling to clients.

Prior to serving as the Branch Manager for “High Tech Lending”, Ricardo Pedrosa Ovadia held many significant positions in other companies. He was the President at The Home Mortgage Specialist in Weston, Florida from 1999 to 2008. In this company, he managed profitable mortgage brokerage operations with annual loan originations exceeding $220 million.
