Rick Pedrosa is a Florida based well-versed professional who has earned a strong reputation in the real estate industry. He is a member of Florida Associations of Mortgage Brokers and National Association of Mortgage Brokers and an expert in real estate development, marketing, mortgage lending, negotiation, relationship building, team management, operations management, real estate financing, and more.

With a specialization in conducting market financial feasibility studies for real estate development projects, he has established a unique presence in the real estate industry.

Having attended Florida International University and Miami-Dade College, Rick Pedrosa started his career with Florida based DTK Computers in the late 80’s. He served as Director of Sales and Operations for seven years, quickly becoming the only Hispanic Director in the company.

The South Florida housing market became of particular interest to him and in 1995, he joined Aames Home Loans as Executive Account Manager where he achieved monthly sales production of over $1.5 million. He also managed and trained staff and expanded branch product lines.
