    Professional Highlights/Milestones:

    -Currently taking ARE (5 of 7 exams complete). Planning to be licensed early next year 2014.

    -Successfully managed the renovation/upgrade of the Lighthouse International/A.M.P.A.S Theater. Worked with project teammembers to tightly coordinate the aesthetic, acoustical and functional elements of the theater space.

    -Extensive experience managing numerous high-end private theaters from design to completion. Typical projectresponsibilities ranged from initial design concept thru finished space. Projects were small scale but required thoroughcoordination/integration. Accurate construction documents were essential in meeting budgetary and scheduling constraints..

    -Scarsdale Public Safety Building Renovation and Addition. Primary role preparing schematic design documents, (plans,elevations, 3d model). Project estimated to be about $5,200,000.

    -Arcadia University Library Renovation and Addition project in Glenside Pennsylvania: estimated constructed cost over$7,000,000. Responsibilities included coordinating architectural plans with consultant drawings., shop drawing and submittalreview.

    -Construction administrator for NYPL Muhlenberg Branch Renovation, Columbia University Schermerhorn Lab Renovation,NYC-SCA P.S 99 and I.S. 55 Window and Roof Replacements.

    -Produced construction document set for the Columbia University Financial Aid Offices at Lerner Hall.
