The 17-story LIM College student residence is on the Upper East Side of Manhattan
at Third Avenue and 97th Street. We know it simply as “1760”, which is the building’s Third Avenue address. In addition to a host of amenities, 1760 features 24-hour on-site security and live-in staff. Housing & Residence Life is also located here.
From 1760, you’re just one block from the 96th Street/Lexington Avenue subway station and the M96 cross-town bus. The LIM College campus is about 20 minutes by subway.

You’ll share a fully furnished room with one or two other LIM College students. Every room has a private
bathroom, a flat-screen TV, a microwave, and a host of other amenities. Building features include a 3,500-square-foot fitness center and a computer lab exclusively for LIM College students.

1760 is just steps away from one-of-a-kind boutiques, restaurants, and other Upper East Side attractions.
As a 1760 resident, you’ll have access to academic, cultural, and social opportunities through college sponsored evening programs, lectures, and entertainment events, both at the residence and around the city. Academic tutors are available for evening and weekend sessions. You can also hone valuable leadership skills by getting involved with the Residence Hall Council and Resident Advisor programs.
