There is no fee to apply. Please send additional materials such as your pitch deck and executive summary to [email protected]for us to review along with your application to the RESI Innovation and Pitch Challenges. The RESI Innovation Challenge finalists will present a poster on the day of the conference in the Exhibition Hall. Every attendee receives ‘RESI cash’ to ‘invest’ in their favorite companies, and the top three companies will receive prizes at the end of the day. All participating finalists are required to bring a poster board to present their technologies. The poster board deadline with our preferred printer in Boston is Friday, August 30th, 2019. If your company won (1st - 3rd place) an Innovation Challenge since RESI Boston in September 2018, or were a RESI Philadelphia in June 2019, you do not qualify to participate in the Innovation Challenge at RESI Boston 2019. The RESI Innovation Challenge is dedicated to showcasing early stage technologies. A commercial stage company (except digital health) would not be a fit for this Challenge. Please fill out this form as completely as possible. The RESI Pitch Challenge is for the earliest stage companies associated with tech hubs*. The companies selected will have the opportunity to pitch to a panel of investors at RESI during a 90 minute session (1:00 – 2:30 pm). Companies who specify tech hub affiliation on Page 1 of the application will automatically be considered for the Pitch Challenge. *Tech hubs are defined as incubators, accelerators, tech transfer offices, universities, hospitals and research labs. Please note: If you are selected as a finalist, and you have not yet registered for the conference, you MUST register to claim your spot in the RESI Innovation or Pitch Challenges.

(e.g., performance in animal models, device/test performance, platform technologyvalidation, clinical proof-of-concept, etc.) Digital Health: Describe the progress you have achieved to date in gainingmarket traction with your product.
