PATH/MACEPA is working closely with FMoH Ethiopia and supports the NMC program including demonstration of malaria transmission reduction towards elimination. To support implementation of the survey, PATH invites potential vehicle rental companies to deliver 16 (Sixteen) Toyota- Land cruiser Hard top Long Base vehicles to be deployed in 16 districts of Amhara National Regional State of Ethiopia.

Terms and Conditions:1. All vehicles need to be in excellent condition and need to be
covered with comprehensive and 3 rd party insurance policy.
2. All vehicles need to be equipped with necessary accessories: roof racks, toolkits, 2 spare tires (good condition), shovel, axe, winch cable, fire extinguisher, enough fuel container (jerry cans- 30 liters capacity), first aid kits and fire extinguishers.
3. All vehicles should have sub tank (preferred), functional ODO meter and functional cigarette burner for charging batteries.
4. The service provider needs to have the capacity to replace rented vehicle in case of service break down.
5. Drivers who will be assigned with the vehicles should have the required competence, good behavior and should be collaborative and supportive to the survey team.

International Relief and Development (IRD) has been contracted by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to construct new health facilities and renovate existing health facilities throughout Ethiopia under the USAID-funded Ethiopia Health Infrastructure Program (EHIP).
