You will require a login to access many of the new features on the website. The Academic Calendar which has all the important academic dates is available at http://www.staugustines.on.ca/current_students/registrar/ academic_calendar If you did not receive your username and password, please email [email protected], the Web Content Manager, and you will be sent your credentials. You will also receive an quick reference guide to help you with the new site features. ROSI and ACORN St. Augustine’s and the Toronto School of Theology (TST) Member Colleges use the automated registra- tion system supported by the University of Toronto (UofT). ROSI Student Web Services (SWS) has been up- graded and will eventually be replaced by ACORN. Both ACORN and ROSI will run in parallel for approximately one year. This means those stu- dents graduating won’t need to learn a new system and for other students this gives you a chance to get used to ACORN before we make the full transi- tion. ACORN stands for Accessible Campus Online Resource Network. For students, ACORN will re- place the existing ROSI Student Web Service (SWS). Seminary / Institute of Theology [APRIL – JULY 2016] All tuition and fee charges posted to the SWS/ROSI account are payable when billed. Fee Refunds and Course Withdrawals In the intersession/summer session, the last day to withdraw from a course without academic penalty is also the last day in which to receive a 100% academic fees refund in a course. This is called the “Withdrawal Deadline”. Following this date, no percentage of the academic fees is refundable. The last day to withdraw from a given course is noted below.
