2. Submit hard copies of your requirements at the Publications
Room, MVP 202, on or before June 26, 4:30 PM. Make sure an editor
or manag-er is present to receive your requirements. Place all your
requirements in a short manila envelope, and label the back of the
envelope with your ID number and the staff you are applying for. Do
NOT put your name on the envelope.
3. Soft copies of your requirements are also required. Compile
all of your submissions into one PDF file and label the file as
follows: Digital Media Applicant [your ID number] (e.g. Digital
Media Applicant 124051). Send the file to [email protected] on
or before June 26, 8:00 PM. The subject of the email should be the
same as your require-ments file name.
IMPORTANT: For the hard copy submissions, fold your rsum
crosswise such that the text is hidden from view. For the soft copy
submissions, make sure that your rsum is at the very last page of
the PDF file. Make sure your name does not appear in any other part
of your requirements. This will allow for greater objectivity in
the Editorial Boards assessment of your application.
