1ipu1itir of flj Ijitipptiies partment of eburation Region XI lvv SCHOOLS DIVISION OF DIGOS CITY Digos City DIVISION MEMORANDUM July 12 2019 No.5/0_, s. 2019 OPLAN KALUSUGAN SA DEPED Re-ORIENTATION for SCHOOL YEAR 2019-2020 To: Public Schools District Supervisors All Schools Administrators All Division Health Personnel In School Year 2018-2019 DepEd launched the Oplan Kalusugan sa Department of Education (OK sa DepEd) a convergence of all health and nutrition programs and activities for effective and efficient implementation at the school level in partnership with various stakeholders. OK sa DepEd focuses on DepEd's major school health programs such as the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP), National Drug Education Program (NDEP), Adolescent Reproductive Health Education (ARH), Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) in Schools (WinS), and Medical, Dental, and Nursing Services, Mental Health and other health and nutrition programs in support to the six (6) flagship programs. 2. In this connection, the field is hereby informed that the Schools Division will conduct an Oplan Kalusugan sa DepED Re-Orientation on July 17, 2019, 8:00 AM at the Division Office Conference Hall with the following objectives: review the six (6) flagship programs of Oplan Kalusugan sa DepED: its objectives, program implementation mechanics, pre, during and post monitoring and evaluation plans and schedules; identify roles and resposiblities of the school clinic teachers in the implementation of the program; update all health personnel on current issues, concerns, gapsproblems relative to the OK sa DepED implementation. 3. The said activity has the following participants: • All 47 School Clinic Teachers • All 10 Health Personnel 4. Food are chargeable against the downloaded funds for the above purpose and traveling allowance is chargeable against local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 5.
