In reference to DepEd Order No. 31, s. 2012 entitled "Public Guidelines on the Implementation of Grades 2 to 10 of the K to 12 Basic Education Curriculum (BEC) effective SY 2012-2013", the Class Observation shall be conducted comes March 7, 2019 at Matti National High School, Matti, Digos City.

3. In some classes, there are two school heads assigned. The first one serves as the Process Observer, while the other as his/her partner. The partner school head shall likewise accomplish the COT. Their COTs, together with the COT of the PSDS/EPS assigned, shall be summarized through the Inter-Observer Agreement Form.

4. It is expected that EPS, PSDS and School Heads will attend the flag ceremony at 7:15 in the morning, and brig their respective lunch.

5. Travel expenses relative to the conduct of the said activity are chargeable against division/school MOOE funds subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
