OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

Vision of people towards small recruitment agencies-

I found out different vision of people towards recruiting agencies. So I felt that little bit of research is needed.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

My research has been done through- Primary data has been collected through the walk ins, means the

candidate who used to come directly for the jobs, we used to ask them certain questions just like a feedback and we used to get the answer about our research.

Secondary data has been collected by doing some of the cold calling and asking them so that we can know that what actually the perception people are having about recruitment agencies.

FINDINGS

So here I found from my research that people think that small recruitment agencies work for small firms and it’s like that

because people just think that small recruiting agencies are not famous and they cannot work for bigger firms.

SUGGESTION

Recruitment agencies should do following things-

Small recruitment agencies should hire recruiters who have high convincing power because one of the major challenge or task is to convince the target candidates for the particular job, so that they can easily convince.

They should hire different recruiters for different sectors of recruitment. They should hire people from strong educational background.
