Develop a clear plan for summative & formative assessments of the policies, programs and services as implemented

Draw upon assessment approaches from sectors outside of education
Develop an assessment system that provides feedback to students with validation from experts in the field for “real world” learning
Use ranked data sources & open source to provide technology infrastructure and sharing of learning resources
Create personalized formative and summative assessments for Common Core State Standards (including infrastructure and professional development)
Communicate about data access, privacy issues & changes in assessment system

Ensure every student has access to one-to-one technology with compliance guidelines for Williams settlement
Create minimum bandwidth standards; scalable & flexible infrastructure; connect existing data systems
Leverage service models that exist in County Offices of Education
