Created 11/09/06 The Cingular reactivation can take between a few minutes to 4 hours. Confirm reactivation by periodically checking the SIM History then contact the customer. If the radio is version 7845GSM version 1.0.6 or lower, the tech must return to the site to power cycle the radio. If the radio is version 7845GSM version 1.0.7 or higher, the radio will power cycle every 24 hours while the SIM is deactivated. You will not be able to register the radio until after the power cycle has occurred.
