Step 2 Log in to ECAS
If you have an existing ECAS account please log in using your normal USERID and password

Step 3 Complete your Company Registration Details
On entering your USERID and password in the login form on Step 2 you will be taken to the following page

If your company is not an EU company click here and you should then be taken to the following registration form, which should be completed.
Fill in your VAT number to see if your EU based company is already registered for F-Gas. If your company is not registered for F-Gas you should then be taken to the following registration form, which should be completed.
Click here if registering as a company
The form will then expand to the following page. Complete the form with your company details.
If you purchase HFCs for use in MDIs covered by exemption 15 2. (f) answer yes to this question
If you import MDIs into the EU prefilled with HFCs answer yes to this question
Then 1. Download the statement confirming your intent to register and complete on headed business paper 2. The statement is to be signed by the person named here3. Upload, and 4. Once complete press submit
