    Problem Statement

    Average of punch list for 6 units of KPOC AHU System (NA 6701A/B, NA 6702 A, NA 6702 B, NA 6703 A & NA 6703 B) is 25.

    Objective of Task

    To find the root caused of punch list that occurred in KPOC(AHU) project.

    Business Benefits

    To achieve customer satisfaction on the product and company.

    To reduce the cost for rework process.

    Do punch list analysis for every project after completed.

    Create a specific team to analysis every punch list for eachproject based on 5W 1H (What, Who, Where, When, Why &How) or another process analysis that suitable.

    Periodical welder assessment test to verify the ability ofwelder.

    Continuous training for understanding on quality processand their application.

    Provide the visual aid (e.g: welding process, fit upprocedure etc) at the working place.

    Monthly progress meeting to update for current issuesoccur for each of project.

    Objective of Task

    To find the root caused of punch list that occurred in FLNG LAB1101 (Duty) project.

    To find any improvement that can be implemented regardingto the AHU production process flows.

    Centralization for information of project progress infabrication department and inter-department in Dynac SdnBhd.

    Analysis and improvement in term of resources in order toensure the fabrication process and progress going smoothly.

    Continuous assessment on quality and viability of workers andan award may be gifted to the chosen worker based on theirperformance.

    Do analysis (e.g SWOT) for every project before and after ofcompletion.

    Implementation of Key Performance Index (KPI) to enhancethe productivity and performance of resources.

    Problem Statement

    Our store division faced problem about the traceability of aproduct/material in term of time consume to find theproduct/material AND the ability to know about the status ofreceiving or delivering for material/product either forconsumable or project.

    Objective of Task

    To find the root of caused of traceability problem thatoccurred in Store Division.

    To find any improvement that can be implemented regardingto the process flow and instruction of process for StoreDivision.

    To eliminate the unnecessary time consumed for thetraceability process.

    To centralize the information between the department due tothe material/product received in the store.

    To ensure that the out-standing progress work/planning dueto the fabrication or another department regarding to theresources of product or material is reduced or out of order.

  • Based on the Analysis of Control Element By Category, itshows that the category of Analysis is the highest for theelement control which is 5 item, follow by element ofAssessment and Centralization Of Information which is 3item also with Training and Implementation which is 2item.

    Since the category for Training and Centralization OfInformation is one of the element based on the previousResearch & Development analysis, it will be continuedfurther for the continuous planning for Research &Development Progress.

  • Based on my previous presentation, I had suggest that oneof the training that could be made are team work alsounderstanding about obligation as a Muslim and worker.

    Based on the objective of program, a program forfabrication department joined with Dynac Engineering willbe made on 22-23 February 2014.

    It used as a medium to share information especially about,the current progress of project include with project fromDynac Kuala Lumpur, Dynac United Kingdom & DynacTanjung Langsat which is the fabrication process is occurredon Dynac Tanjung Langsat.

    It consist of the progress of each project due to thefabrication.

  • Based on the server that had been created, several analysishad been done to ensure the server is effective andstructured such as;

    1. Each of project folder will be divided based on theincoming of project. Such as Guntong project fromDynac KL.

    2. Each of project will be given a code of project such asH0003 for Permas.

    3. Each of folder stage will have their own score card andprogress report card for example;
