Vigilance Awareness Week 2011

● To mark the begining of Vigilance Awareness Week Pledge was administered at 1100 Hrs on 31.10.2011

● Essay Competition for KV students (For Class VI to XII)on the subject related to corruption in india and remedial measures,impact of corruption on family life and inculcating ethical values at school curriculum was organised on 31.10.2011

● A street Play 'Lunchada Lunch'(lunchada in kannada means 'bribe') was staged in RWFAdministration Building in the morning of 30.10.2011 and near Dairy Circle , Yelahanka New town at 1800 hrs for the public.



● Debate competition for KV students (for Class VI to XII) on the subject related to Society or Individual to be blamed for rampant act of corruption and transparency in administration,RTI act is it necessary or not was organised on 02.11.2011 in the morning.

● A lecture on ' Cyber Crime' by Shri.K.Venkatesh Murthy, Programme Manager, NASCOM,Cyber Labs, Bangalore was organised for Officers and Sr.Supervisors in the afternoon session of 02.11.2011

● Quiz with questions focussed on Departmental Rules & Regulations, current affairs, RTI act,RWF Production related and SOP was organised.

● Preliminary Round was held on 20.10.2011.

● Final Round was held on 03.11.2011. which included buzzer round,audio round,visual round and rapid fire round was organised.f

● Lectures on Tenders and Works Contract were organised for Officers on 03.11.2011 in the afternoon session.



● Lecture on 'Selection Procedure' was organised for Officers on 04.11.2011 in the morning.

● Lecture on 'Honesty & Justice' was delivered by CPO on 04.11.2011 in the Afternoon session followed by

● 2 Skit play were performed depicting 'Evils of Corruption'and 'Usefulness of RTI Act' by KV students on 04.11,2011.

● 16 Prizes were distrubuted to the Quiz competition winners by CME on 04.11.2011

● 56 Prizes for Essay, Debate winners and skit partcipants were distrubuted by CVO,Dy.CVO & Principal, KV School.



● Vigilance Awareness Rally led by Vigilance Department, comprising KV Students, teachers was organised on 05.11.2011.
