    I, MC CH QUY TRNH

    Quy trnh ny nhm hng dn cng tc vn hnh, x l s c h thng iu

    tc Tua bin thy lc cho cc chc danh vn hnh trong Nh my thy in Sn La.

    II. I TNG QUY TRNH

    Nhng ngi cn nm r quy trnh ny:

    - Lnh o Cng ty.

    - Trng, ph phng k thut.

    - Qun c, ph qun c Phn xng Vn hnh.

    - Qun c, ph qun c cc Phn xng Sa cha.

    - Cc Trng ca, Trng kp vn hnh.

    - K s, cng nhn sa cha, th nghim lin quan.

    III. PHM VI P DNG

    Qui trnh ny qui nh v vic vn hnh v x l s c i vi h thng iu

    tc Tua bin thy lc nh my thy in Sn La cho cc chc danh vn hnh, sa cha

    v nhng ngi lin quan.

    Cc c nhn ngoi nh my thy in Sn La khi lm vic trn thit b h thng

    iu tc Tua bin thy lc ca nh my thy in Sn La cn tun th nhng qui nh

    lin quan trong qui trnh ny.

    CHNG 1: CC QUI NH CHUNG

    iu 1. Yu cu v quy trnh, quy phm

    Khi vn hnh h thng iu tc Tua bin thy lc ca Nh my, ngoi vic phi

    tun th cc quy nh trong quy trnh ny cn cn phi tun th cc quy trnh, quy

    phm lin quan v cc ti liu hng dn ca nh ch to.

    - Quy chun k thut Quc gia v k thut in (b cng thng ban hnh

    nm 2008) .

    - Quy chun k thut quc gia v an ton in (QCVN01:2008).

    - Quy trnh an ton in (EVN ban hnh).

    - Quy trnh kim nh k thut an ton cc bnh chu p lc (b lao ng

    thng binh x hi ban hnh 2005).

    - Cc quy phm, quy trnh, quy nh khc c lin quan.

    iu 2. Yu cu v nhn vin vn hnh

    Vn hnh h thng iu tc Tua bin thy lc ch c giao cho nhn vin vn

    hnh qua hun luyn v st hch t yu cu v qui trnh vn hnh v x l s c h

    thng iu tc Tua bin thy lc v c phn cng nhim v.

    iu 3. Yu cu i vi phng t trm du p lc

    - Phi c bin ''Cm la'' treo v tr d thy;

    - B tr y cc phng tin cu ha;

    - Khng cc thit b, cc cht d gy chy n trong trm;

    - Phi c trang b y cc dng c cha chy;

    - H thng thng gi phi m bo s lu thng khng kh trong phng;

    - chiu sng m bo cho vic kim tra vn hnh v sa cha trong

    trm;

    iu 4. Cc quy nh v an ton

    a) Ch cho php vn hnh cc bnh tch nng ca h thng du p lc khi

    ng kim t yu cu v c cp giy php s dng ca cc cp

    c thm quyn, giy php cn hiu lc.

    b) Trong khi t my ang lm vic, nghim cm thc hin cc cng vic sau:

    - Cc cng vic pht sinh la hoc ht thuc gn khu vc trm du p lc.

    - G vo cc mi hn, ko xit bu lng, cu v cc chi tit lin kt khi ang

    chu p lc trong h thng.

    - Thay i cc thng s ca h thng iu khin. thay i phng thc

    chuyn i cc my bm du.

    - Ct cc ptmt cp ngun trong t iu tc 0*MEU10GH001.

    - Sa cha, th nghim, hiu chnh cc thit b bo v (r le p lc, van an

    ton, van iu khin...) ca h thng du p lc.

    - T thay i, chnh nh cc thit b bo v c ci t v nim phong.

    - Tho, lp cc ng ni mm gia bnh tch nng vi cc r le p lc.

    b) Cm vn hnh h thng khi:

    - C chy gn khu vc gn trm du p lc hoc cc xy lanh;

    - Cc thit b ca h thng du p lc lp t, th nghim khng t yu cu

    k thut;

    - Khng c tip a ng c v cc t iu khin;

    - Khng c v bo him cnh qut ng c;

    - ng c hoc b khi ng mm hoc cp in pht nng bt thng v c

    mi kht;

    - C r r du, kh ti cc van, mt bch lin kt, khp ni ca cc ng ng

    h thng du p lc;

    - H thng c du hiu chuyn ng c kh git cc;

    - C bt k h hng no trong h thng nhng cha tm ra nguyn nhn hoc

    cha khc phc c h hng ;

    - Cc thng s vn hnh vt qu gi tr cho php.

    iu 5. Quy nh v cng tc bo dng, sa cha

    - Cc cng vic sa cha, bo dng trn h thng iu tc u phi thc

    hin theo phiu hoc lnh cng tc, tr trng hp x l s c v khim khuyt

    nh c nhn vin vn hnh gim st.

    - Mi k bo dng h thng iu tc phi kim tra cc van an ton, rle p

    lc, thit b ch th. m bo cc gi tr ph hp vi thng s k thut ca h

    thng v khng c t thay i.

    - Sau mi k i tu, sa cha h thng iu tc phi c chy th nghim

    theo chng trnh c ph duyt trc khi a vo vn hnh.

    - H thng iu tc phi c kim tra phn tch mu du, nu cht lng

    du khng t yu cu k thut th phi lc li hoc thay mi.

    iu 6. Kim tra trong vn hnh bnh thng

    Trong vn hnh, nhn vin vn hnh cn phi ch kim tra cc mc sau:

    - Ngun in cp cho h thng bnh thng.

    - H thng tn hiu phi ch th ng, khng c tn hiu bt thng.

    - B hng mt trong cc bo v m n tc ng s dn n ngng h thng.

    - Xy ra chy, n trn h thng.

    - Cc thng s (p lc, nhit , mc du...) vt qu tr s gii hn m bo

    v khng tc ng.

    - H thng iu khin lm vic sai trnh t (logic iu khin).

    CHNG 2: QUY NH V VN HNH H THNG

    iu 8. Ch vn hnh h thng iu tc

    Trong vn hnh bnh thng, h thng iu tc c vn hnh ch t

    ng t xa (kha SAA ti t 0*MEU10GH001 t v tr Remote), cc thit b ca

    h thng c vn hnh ch t ng (kha chn ch iu khin tng ng

    cho tng thit b ti cc t iu khin t v tr AUTO.

    Ch c php chuyn h thng iu tc sang ch t ng ti ch khi t

    my ang vn hnh ch pht in (GE).

    Ch vn hnh bng tay ti ch h thng iu tc ch thc hin khi th

    nghim, hiu chnh hoc sa cha h thng.

    i vi h thng du p lc, cc my bm du c vn hnh ch t ng

    (cc kha SA1, SA2, SA3 ti t 0*MEU14GH003 v SA2; SA3; SA4 ti t

    0*MEU14GH002 t v tr AUTO). Ch cho php vn ch bng tay trong

    trng hp th nghim, hiu chnh hoc x l s c.

    iu 9. Trng thi sn sng lm vic ca h thng

    - Cc trang thit b c lp t hon ho theo s , kt thc cc phiu, lnh

    cng tc trn h thng, ghi s nht k vn hnh cho php a vo lm vic;

    - Ngun mt chiu v xoay chiu cp n cc t 0*MEU10GH001,

    0*MEU14GH002 v 0*MEU14GH003 bnh thng, cc p t mt trong t

    trng thi ng. Cc n chiu sng, qut thng gi v cc b sy hot ng tt;

    - Cc b iu khin T.SLG (chnh v d phng), PLC kt thc qu trnh

    khi ng, mn hnh HMI hin th bnh thng v khng c cc cnh bo li;

    - Thao tc a cc van tay v trng thi ng theo s ;

    - Vn hnh my bm du AP001 ch bng tay ti ch np du cho

    bnh tch nng;

    2.1. T iu tc in (0*MEU10 GH001)

    Trong qu trnh lm vic bnh thng, my bm du ph AP001 s vn hnh ch lin tc nhm gim thi gian lm vic v tn sut khi ng ca 2 bm du chnh. m bo cung cp lng du p lc cho vic iu chnh tua bin ch vn hnh xc lp. Lng du c cp lin tc bi my bm AP001 vi lu lng 1,14 lt/s, trng hp lng b sung ln hn lng tiu th s lm p lc du h thng tng ln. Khi p lc du tng n 64 bar, van trnh t p lc AA023 s tc ng (ni thng A vi T) lm van AA009 m. Lc ny my bm du ph s bm du tun hon qua b lm mt AH001.

    Trong qu trnh lm vic nu lng du cp cho h thng iu chnh tuabin ln hn kh nng p ng ca bm, p lc v mc du bnh tch nng s gim. Khi gim ti gi tr t, h thng iu khin s gi lnh khi ng khng ti mt trong 2 my bm du. Lc ny khoang trn van x ti mt p lc v du c bm t b x vo bm, qua van x ti chy v b x. Sau thi gian ci t 7s s i ct in cun dy van iu khin van x ti lm cho khoang trn van x ti c p lc v van x ti ng li. Du c bm t b x qua van mt chiu, qua van cch ly v i vo bnh tch nng. Khi p lc v mc du t ti gi tr dng bm th cm bin s tc ng a lnh i dng bm. Trng hp my bm du chnh khng lm vic hoc lm vic vi hiu sut thp lm cho mc v p lc du trong bnh tch nng tip tc gim n gi tr t, h thng iu khin s t ng gi lnh khi ng my bm du chnh cn li (qu trnh lm vic tng t nh trn).

    Khi p lc v mc du trong bnh tch nng tng cao n gi tr t, h thng iu khin s t ng np kh b sung qua van in t AA054. Khi mc du gim xung n gi tr t, van AA054 s t ng ng li.
