Putti Ticketing Merchant App

The  Putti  Merchant  App  can  be  used  independently  by  each  branch.  The  POS  operator  simply  needs  to  sign  into  their  branches  account  to  make  sales  and  access  ticket  

information.

This  is  the  ‘Merchant’  section  of  the  app.  Here  the  POS  operator  can  access  previous  transaction  information  and  scan  tickets

Here  the  POS  Operator  can  scan  the  QR  code  on  a  ticket,  pdf  print  out,  or  a  screen.

If  a  ticket  has  been  scanned  within  15  seconds  of  a  previously  scanned  ticket,  the  POS  operator  will  receive  this  warning.  This  is  to  prevent  multiple  people  using  one  ticket.

If  the  ticket  has  expired  or  run  out  of  uses  this  warning  will  appear.

Above  is  the  POS  screen  that  the  Merchant/Operator  will  use.

Here  is  an  example  of  what  it  will  look  like  when  the  Merchant/Operator  has  added  tickets  to  the  customers  cart.

The  Customer  has  the  option  of  paying  with  Card  or  Cash.

For  this  example,  we  have  chosen  to  purchase  with  cash.  The  Merchant  app  will  advise  what  change  to  give  the  customer.

Next,  a  ticket  will  print  automatically  and  be  handed  over  to  the  customer  for  the  POS  operator  to  scan.

When  clicking  the  hamburger  item  in  the  top  right  corner  the  Merchant/Operator  can  connect  the  ticket  printer  to  the  app  as  seen  above.
