We continue to live through extraordinary times and we continue to be proud of all of our staff, pupils and their families for how they have continued to adjust to the major changes imposed on them by fighting the coronavirus pandemic. Teachers are working tirelessly to set meaningful lessons and work online and we thought it important to celebrate individual pupils who have shown terrific effort in producing and uploading work onto Show My Homework and the other online platforms being used by the school. “I like the use of monochrome on this piece as it draws attention to not only the sign which is the clear focus of this image, but also the texture of the bricks on the pavement. The pavement creates a sense of depth and contrast between the big signs in the foreground, compared to the small bus stop in the background. To improve this photo, I would try and change the composition to use leading lines to produce a more interesting piece.”

Congratulations to all of our pupils – those recognised – and those not mentioned, for all of their efforts over the past week. We are incredibly proud of you all.
