generation of potable drinking water is provided. It consists of a
pre deaeration, vaporization andliquidification cell. The
pre-deaeration cell placed below the vaporization cell receives
feed seawater and removes most of theliberated non-condensable
gases at slightly higher pressure maintained than that of
vaporization cell. Circular short pipes are placed invertical
direction in an inclined separation plate to connect the
pre-deaeration and vaporization cell. The vaporization cell
receives thedeaerated feed seawater through at least a single
circular short pipe and generates the water vapour due to low
pressure. The generatedvapour from the vaporization cell is then
moved to the liquidification cell without the use of any external
devices. The liquidificationcell consists of injectors to create
and maintain a low pressure less than the saturation temperature of
feed seawater by passing coldfreshwater at a high velocity through
a divergent nozzle. The cell also consists of sprayers to increase
the heat transfer surface area ofthe cold freshwater in
circumferential direction to cool the generated vapour. The water
level in the liquidification cell is maintainedby removing the
excess freshwater that drains to the freshwater storage tank. The
quantity to be drained depends upon the flow rateand the
temperature differences between the two streams of warm and cold
seawater. A compact heat remover removes the heat ofwarm fresh
water using cold seawater to maintain the temperature essential for
liquidification cell and the cold fresh water is re-introduced into
the hquidification cell using a re-circulation pump. The
un-evaporated feed seawater and warm freshwater aredischarged out
of the respective cells without using any pumping aid.No. of Pages

immunostimulants that can be used as immunoprophylatics in fish
have been developed from the marine macroalga (seaweed), CFI-MA 03.
Unlike a fish vaccine which is specific against particular pathogen
and protects the fish against the particulardiseases caused by the
pathogen (hence requiring many vaccines to protect the fish against
many pathogens and the diseases caused bythem), the immunostimulant
protects the animal by stimulating the immune system of the fish
will be able to protect the fish from allthe diseases caused by the
pathogens. Further, the process of developing efficacious vaccines
is also difficult and expensive.Sometimes in fish cultures,
antibiotics are used as prophylactics to prevent diseases. But
antibiotics not only pollute the environmentbut also lead to the
development of resistant bacterial strains. Immunostimulants form a
better alternative to the adverse antibiotics andrather expensive
vaccines. By definition an Immunostimulant is a chemical or drug
that elevates nonspecific immune mechanisms andalso specific immune
responses (the latter if the treatment is followed by infection or
vaccination) In the present invention, the marinemacroalga (CFI-MA
03) were extracted with alcohol and following internationally
accepted biochemical separation methods,immunostimulating fractions
were separated. The immunostimulatory and disease protective
properties of the CFI-MA 03 fraction 4was tested in short and long
term studies in the fish, Channa striata under laboratory
conditions. The product when administered tofish by intraperitoneal
or oral route (as feed supplement) has been found to stimulate the
nonspecific and specific immune responses infish. The product(s)
has also conferred fairly high degree of disease
protection/resistance to the treated fish against the
challenge(experimental infection) with common fish pathogens.No. of

Abstract :Originally from South America, Eichhornia crassipes is
one of the worst aquatic weeds in the world. Its beautiful, large
purple andviolet flowers make it a popular ornamental plant for
ponds. It is now found in more than 50 countries on five
continents. Waterhyacinth is a very fast growing plant, with
populations known to double in as little as 12 days. Infestations
of this weed blockwaterways, limiting boat traffic, swimming and
fishing. Water hyacinth also prevents sunlight and oxygen from
reaching the watercolumn and submerged plants. It is shading and
crowding of native aquatic plants dramatically reduces biological
diversity in aquaticecosystems. One of the major problems in water
bodies of the tropics and sub-tropics is this floating aquatic weed
water hyacinthEichhornia crassipes, which is considered to have
originated from the Amazon and has disseminated very quickly in
various tropicaland sub-tropical countries. The level of
reproduction of water hyacinth is very high in countries where the
plant has recently beenintroduced. The explosive growth rate of the
weed is due, to a large extent, to the eutrophication in water
bodies. In addition, theabsence of natural enemies of the plant
contributes to the rapid growth of this weed. Through the use of
chemicals including Nickelcitrate, Diquat, Amitrole, Glyphosate
this invention aims to introduce a new method of controlling the
species.No. of Pages : 18 No. of Claims : 4 11756The Patent Office

Abstract :ANY TIME POWER has created critical Mass (150 to 2800
tons water) with a water-head between (33M to 250M) beforepenstock;
this critical mass falls on the turbines generating electric power.
Before the turbine the pipe is divided in two halves with a2 thick
baffle plate one half water goes through the turbine (work done)
and the other half allowed to bypass the turbine. The tailrace
water falls into the racing water and all water returned to main
reservoir due to increased pressure (after diameter reduced50%) on
the smooth upward slope. Water flows through the Surge tanks to
avoid water hammering . Multiple sets of2..4..6..turbines are
installed at both sides of the dam(lower) giving great advantage to
SCALABILITY of such power Plants. We neednot wait (Jan to Aug) for
rains since recycled water maintains levels without using power
(ALWAYS and EVERYTIME -hence 24 x7 power generation).No. of Pages :

Rolling Cam Crank Mechanism relates to a crank mechanism. The force
transition point in this mechanism is at the maximumoffset from the
centerline when the piston is at TDC. That moment the highest power
is inside the cylinder. Therefore, the power istransferred
effectively to the shaft. The piston stud has an oblique elliptical
hole and it is directly connected to the cam pivot. There isno
additional part in this mechanism like connecting rod. The cam
rolls on the surface of the elliptical shape hole. Therefore,
nofriction occurs between these parts. This mechanism can be used
in all appliances that need to convert the linear back and
forthreciprocating motion to the rotary motion or vice versa.

:The present invention discusses the method for continuous
production of clean and pure clean and pure drinking water and
industrialquality water by utilizing the raw feed liquid drawn
either from the surface of the sea or condenser rejected waste
water from processplants including power plants, or any other heat
sources that have minimum temperature gradient of at least 4.5 C
with respect tocondensation water temperature, where in an
apparatus is used for creating and maintaining a low pressure using
an external device. The raw feed liquid with most of the
non-condensable gases removed passes through an evaporation chamber
and ejects through aplate consisting of multiple holes with or
without projections to form a thin film of water layer to enhance
the generation of the vapor.A filter is provided to avoid seawater
droplet entrainment along with the vapour before entering into the
inclined condensationchamber. The vapour changes its phase to
liquid using the ambient seawater or deep sea told water that flows
through the tube bundleswhich is housed inside the inclined
condensation chamber and placed below the evaporation chamber. The
remaining un-evaporatedliquid in the bottom of the evaporation
chamber is continuously discharged by gravity without using any
pumping aid at near ambienttemperature and without much increase in
salinity concentration to the sea. The quantity of condensed water
is also based on the flowrate and temperature difference between
the feed liquid and the water used for condensation. The product
water is continuouslymonitored for its quality by a quality meter,
which diverts the product water back to the feed liquid if the
quality of the product waterfalls below the required limits of the
user. The generated water is pumped to the storage tank and can be
used for multiple purposesincluding drinking water, boiler quality
requirements and other user requirements.No. of Pages : 21 No. of

Number:NAFiling Date:NA(57) Abstract :A geothermal heating and
cooling system for a building is provided comprising of transparent
structures enveloping the building and ageothermal heat exchanger.
A single transparent structure consists of two parallel sheet
panels. Each sheet panel further constitutes anarrangement of
individual strong transparent sheets. These sheets are made of
materials like acrylic, poly carbonate, glass, and thelike. The
transparent sheets are joined along their edges in a single sheet
panel such that they impart a geometrical shape to the sheetpanel.
Identical sheet panels are arranged parallel and a strong
waterproof adhesive is applied between the parallel sheet panels
foradhering them to each other. Therefore, the parallel sheet
panels confine a hollow space between them where the thickness of
thespace is equal to the thickness of the adhesive used. The
adhesive also makes the hollow space leak proof. A coloured working
fluidcontinuously flows through this hollow space. This coloured
fluid enhances the optical-thermal resistance of the system
totransmission of light and heat through the transparent structure.
Also, this engagement of the coloured fluid in the system
givesfreedom to change the colour of the building by just replacing
the coloured fluid. A geothermal heat exchanger is provided
containingground water. The geothermal heat exchanger allows
geothermal exchange of heat between the coloured working fluid and
groundwater. The sheet units and the geothermal heat exchanger are
connected with each other through ducts.No. of Pages : 11 No. of

non-steroidal anti inflammatory drug (NSAED) taken to reduce
inflammation and as an analgesic reducing pain inconditions such as
arthritis or acute injury. It is a phenyl acetic acid derivative.
The name is derived from its chemical name: 2-(2, 6-dichloranilino)
phenyl acetic acid. Our present invention relates to the
formulation of Injectable dosage form of Diclofenac Sodium ina low
volume and without any irritating substance which may cause pain
during administration. The major advantages of thisinvention are :
1. Presenting the Diclofenac sodium Injection in small volume i.e.
1 ml. and without any irritating substance. Thereforeit is very
convenient for practitioners to administer the injection to the
patient with reduced pain due to low volume and absence
ofirritating substance. 2. Since this invention is in small volume
and therefore it can be administered in deltoid muscle besides
glutealmuscle. 3. Viscosity of the formulation is comparatively
very low. In this invention, preservatives are used to preserve the
preparation. The other excipients are chelating agent and anti
oxidant agent. The active ingredient in this invention is
Diclofenac Sodium saltwhich is well accepted and is a phenyl acetic
acid derivative. The solubilizers used in this invention are a
mixture of Polyethyleneglycol which may be 300 or 400 and benzyl
alcohol. The preservative used in this invention is benzyl
alcohol.No. of Pages : 6 No. of Claims : 4 11790 The Patent Office

for culturing a hepatocyte three-dimensionally to form a spheroid
readily. Also disclosed is a technique forforming a spheroid in
which a transporter MRP2 (which is a transporter involved in the
bile duct excretion) can be highly expressedcompared with
conventional techniques. The conditions under which a hepatocyte
can be formed into a spheroid on a nanopillar (NP)sheet readily,
specifically the conditions relating to the temperature of type-I
collagen to be applied on the NP sheet, are now found. Inaddition,
the conditions under which the expression level of a gene involved
in the excretion of the formed spheroid can be increasedare also
found. Specifically, a spheroid is formed in advance, and a
biological matrix is subsequently overlaid on the spheroid.No. of
