Senior Center Roof Project – Nelson Architects Contract; delete Regular Business - Commissioners 2. T-Hangar Lease Transfers. Tom Ryan seconded the motion. Motion carried. Senior Center Drain Project Bid Award –The Commissioners accepted the bid from Owl Creek Excavation in the amount of $4877.56 for the Senior Center Drain project. Set Free Church – Title 25 Involvement – Set Free Church pastor Frank Robbins appeared before the Commissioners to outline his organiza- tion’s desire to provide services to potential Title 25 patients. The Commissioners thanked Mr. Rob- bins for his information and suggested he work with the hospital board to provide information to the public via handouts/pamphlets possibly in the public waiting areas. Bank of Thermopolis Public Funds De- pository Resolution The Commissioners accepted the Bank of Bridg- er/Thermopolis’s resolution to serve as a deposi- tory for county funds. Other Business Water Infrastructure Letter Discussion – This item was tabled until Commissioner Lumley could be present for the discussion. Child Support Cooperative Agreement – The Commissioners approved the Cooperative Agree- ment for Responsibilities and Receipt and Distri- bution of Payments between Hot Springs County Clerk of District Court and WDFS-Child Support Enforcement. LGLP Board Ballot – The Commissioners ab- stained from voting on this ballot. Annual SF425 Grant Report – The Commis- sioners reviewed and approved the annual SF425 reports for federal airport grants HSG AIP-05 and HSG AIP-09. Senior Center Roof Project – Nelson Architects Contract – The Commissioners approved the con- tract between Hot Springs County and Nelson Ar- chitects in the amount of $11,840.00 plus up to $1,200.00 in reimbursable expenses for services relating to the Senior Center Roof project as out- lined in the contract.
