Scooe _:...::...,; __ This Schedule of Rules and Regulations is a part of all contracts for receiving water service from the DISTRICT, and applies to al 1 service received from the DISTRICT whether the serv ·ice is based upon contract, agreement, signed application, or other\'/ ise. A copy of this schedule, together with t1 copy of tlle DISTRICT'S Schedule of Rates and Charge s , sha 11 be kept open to inspect i on at the off ·ice of the DISTRICT. The rules are promulgat ed under direction and authority granted pursuant t o Chapter 13 of Kentuc ky Revised Statutes and Administrative Regula t io ns 807 l<AR G established via author i ty of Execut'iv~ Order 81- ·1 26 da ted March 4, 1981. The aforesa ·id rules and regulations are hereby adop ted and included the same or herein written now or as may be l eg al l y changed from time to time.

Any person, firm, agency or governmental entity within the current boundary of the DI STRI CT m11y request service. Said requ2st must be in writing of form approved by the Ol STRICT.

No service for a request shall be granted unless the property of said requester is adjacent and contigeous to an existing d·istribution ma i n of the D IS TR I CT. Sh o u ·1 d the r E! q LI est or des ·j re to . ha v e the ex i st i n g distribution system extended to setve them, same sha 11 be accom;J 1 ished as stipu 1 ated, l1ereafter.

Should DISTRICT determine that service to requester is available, each prospective customer desiring water service shal 1 be requ i red to execute and sign the DISTR ICT'S standard application for water service before service is supplied by the DISTRICT.
