Work planning• Preparation of the area: dismantling of beam line equipment

(BT, BTY, BTM) → 15/07/13 – 02/08/13• Disposal operations of existing dump and its shielding:

dismantling and storage in ISR → 05/08/13 – 29/08/13• Cleaning and decontamination of cavity → 30/08/13 –

19/09/13• Installation of new beam dump and its shielding → 30/09/13

– 08/10/13• Re-assembly of BTM beam line equipment → 21/10/13 –

01/11/13• Installation of BTY-QFO108 new support → 26/11/13

Tasks to be done• Re-assembly BTY line elements:

– Adjustments in BTY-QFO108 new support: drilling holes, attach black plate (magnet support): 04/12/13

– Installation BTY magnets (BTY-QFO108 and BTY-QDE104) and stopper: 04/12/13 – 05/12/13

– Installation vacuum pipes in BTY line– Survey BTY line– Painting floor and walls

Tasks to be done• Re-assembly BTY line elements:

– Installation cooling system: foreseen for 02/12/13 – 13/12/13, delayed until January, no confirmed date yet.

– Re-assembly stairs: a modification is also needed, no design provided yet.– Re-assembly cable rack– Re-assembly cupboard
