AVAILABILITY OF PROSPECTUS & APPLICATION FORM
Before applying, candidates are advised to go through the admission notice
published in the newspaper and instructions given in the prospectus carefully
and then fill in the online Application Form which will be available in two parts:
Part-I: To be filled for appearing in GCET-2021.
Part-II: To be filled by candidates who qualify GCET-2021 for appearing in
counseling for admission to various courses. It shall be mandatory to fill-up
Part-II of application form and upload the certificates/ documents listed for
appearing in counselling.
Prospectus is available only as PDF document on GMCH Website
www.gmch.gov.in for viewing/downloading. It is not available in printed form.
Application form is available online only on GMCH Website. Candidate has to
fill this online application form and submit it online once completed.
All candidates have to submit application fee online only at the time of
filling online Part-I of application form. Fee cannot be deposited in any
other form such as cheque, demand draft etc.

GENERAL INFORMATION
According to Chandigarh Administration‘s circular No. 19/1/93/IH (3-99/11136)
dated 9th June, 1999, distribution of seats will be as below:
1. UT Chandigarh Pool (85%):85% seats of the total sanctioned intake of an
institution will be filled up from amongst the students who pass their qualifying
examination from schools/colleges recognized by the Chandigarh
Administration and located in the Union Territory, Chandigarh, as regular
students of the said school/college.
2. General Pool (15%): Remaining 15% seats will be filled from amongst
students, who passed their qualifying examination from institutions other than
those located in the Union Territory, Chandigarh.
3. In both pools, 15%* seats are reserved for Scheduled Castes (SC).
*In calculation of percentage of seats for reserved category/categories the
figure has been rounded off to lower whole number if decimal point is less than
0.5, and to higher whole number if the decimal point is 0.5 or more.
4. The courses are open to Indian Nationals only.
5. Age: Minimum 17 years as on 31.12.2021.
6. The candidate should clearly specify the Pool against which he/she wishes to
apply (UT Chandigarh Pool/General Pool).
7. The candidate should clearly specify the category against which he/she wishes
to apply (General/SC/In-service).
8. Candidates desirous of applying for more than one course are not required to
submit separate application form. The candidates can choose discipline of their
preference if available in order of their rank in the GCET-2021 at the time of
counseling.
9. A candidate must have passed in 10+2 standard examination or other
equivalent qualifying examination individually in the subjects of Physics,
Chemistry, Biology and English and with the following aggregate percentage :
General category: not less than 45%
SC category: not less than 40%
10. A candidate appearing/appeared in the qualifying 12th Standard examination
or other equivalent qualifying examination in 2021 where result is awaited can
also apply. However, he/she shall not be eligible for admission, if he/she does

not pass the qualifying examination with the required pass percentage of marks
prior to the first round of Counseling. He/she will be allowed to attend first
counseling only if detailed marks certificate of the above said examination is
submitted prior to or at the time of first counseling, failing which he/she will be
declared ineligible for admission year 2021 and his/her application will be
rejected.
10. Admission will be made strictly on the basis of rank secured in GCET-2021.
11. A candidate must have come in the merit list of GCET- 2021 by securing
following minimum marks:
General Category: not less than 45%
SC Category: not less than 40%
12. Admission to these courses will be strictly on the basis of rank/merit obtained
in GMCH Combined Entrance Test (GCET-2021) to be conducted by
Government Medical College & Hospital, Chandigarh.
13. 10+2 (Medical Group i.e., Physics, Chemistry & Biology) passed candidate will
be eligible for all B.Sc. courses provided they choose option 10+2 (Medical
Group i.e., Physics, Chemistry & Biology) for taking GCET at the time of filling
Part-I of application. Candidate can choose discipline/course at the time of
counseling on the basis of merit obtained in the Entrance Test (GCET-2021)
subject to the availability of the seats in the respective course.
Candidates who have already completed diploma course after passing 10+2
(Medical Group i.e., Physics, Chemistry & Biology) will also be eligible for all
B.Sc. courses provided they choose option 10+2 (Medical Group i.e., Physics,
Chemistry & Biology) for taking GCET at the time of filling Part-I of application.
14. Candidates who have already completed diploma course after passing 10+2
(Medical Group i.e., Physics, Chemistry & Biology) will be eligible for admission
in the B.Sc. course related to the subject of their diploma course only if they
choose option to take GCET in the subject of their diploma course at the time
of filling Part-I of application.
15. Candidates who possess Vocational qualification will be considered for
admission in the B.Sc. course related to the subject of their vocational course
only. Such candidates should choose option to take GCET in the subject of their
vocational course at the time of filling Part-I of application.

16. Candidates who have obtained Diploma course qualification after 10th standard
will be considered for admission in the B.Sc. course related to the subject of
their diploma course only. Such candidates should choose option to take GCET
in the subject of their diploma course at the time of filling Part-I of application.
17. A person in regular employment shall also be eligible as in-service candidate
provided, he/she possesses requisite essential qualifications and must have
come in the merit list of GCET-2021 by securing minimum qualifying marks i.e.,
45% for General category and 40% for Scheduled castes (SC) category. He/
She should be in regular employment with UT Health Department/Department
of Medical Education and Research and has completed experience of five or
more years in the concerned discipline in the UT Health
Department/Department of Medical Education and Research subject to
submission of NOC from the employer. These candidates will be eligible for
admission in the B.Sc. course related to the subject of their experience only.
Such candidates should choose option to take GCET in the subject of their
experience at the time of filling Part-I of application.
18. Seats remaining vacant in any of the reserved categories in all the courses shall
be filled from the eligible General Category candidates from respective pool in
accordance with the prevailing rules on this subject.
19. Seat(s) remaining unfilled from General Pool shall be filled from eligible UT
Chandigarh Pool General Category candidates.
20. At the time of Mop-Up round, if any seats remaining unfilled due to non-
availability of eligible UT Chandigarh Pool candidates the same will be filled
from Combined Merit List of General Pool candidate(s).

apply for admission in Bachelor of Clinical Optometry (B.Optom.) degree
course:
a) A candidate who have passed in 10+2 examination or other equivalent
qualifying examination individually in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry,
Biology and English with aggregate of 45% marks for General category and
40% marks for Scheduled Castes (SC) candidates conducted by a
recognized Board/Council/University.
b) A person who has passed 10+2 Vocational Course (Ophthalmic Technique)
in their respective elective subjects and English with aggregate of 45%
marks for General category and 40% marks for Scheduled Castes (SC)
candidates conducted by recognized Board/Council / University.
c) A person holding qualification of Diploma in Ophthalmic Techniques (2 or 3
years) must have obtained with aggregate of 45% marks for General
category and 40% marks for Scheduled Castes (SC) candidates from any
recognized Board/Council/University shall also be eligible provided he/she
joined diploma course after passing 10+2 exam with Science (Physics,
Chemistry & Biology).

3. A student has to undergo clinical training (compulsory internship in the fourth
year) only if the student has passed all previous three years papers in theory
and practical.
In this year, students are supposed to undergo training in the following areas of
Optometry:
a) Clinical Optometry: Contact lenses, Binocular Vision & Low Vision.
b) Investigative Optometry
c) Dispensing Optics
d) Community Optometry
Also the students are supposed to submit a study project on any of the above
areas during the internship.

(E) B.Sc. Nursing Degree Course (4 years including 6 months internship)

in due course of time.
2. In addition, there is Supernumerary Quota of 05 No. seats reserved for students
of Jammu and Kashmir in B.Sc. Nursing. These seats are filled up on the basis
of recommendations of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD),
New Delhi. Eligible candidates from Jammu and Kashmir should not apply for
these seats to Government Medical College & Hospital, Chandigarh directly. It
is further clarified that any seat(s) remaining vacant from this quota stand
lapsed and are not added to the seats available to UT Chandigarh Pool or
General Pool candidates.
3. Essential qualification:
Candidates who possess one of the following qualifications shall be eligible to
apply for admission in B.Sc. Nursing degree course:
a) A candidate who has passed in 10+2 examination or other equivalent
qualifying examination individually in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry,
Biology and English with aggregate of 45% marks for General category and
40% marks for Scheduled Castes (SC) candidates conducted by a
recognized Board/Council/University.
b) Students appearing in 10+2 examination in science conducted by National
Institute of Open School will also be eligible provided they secure aggregate
of 45% marks for General category and 40% marks for SC candidates.

4. A student has to undergo clinical training (compulsory internship of six months
in the fourth year) only if the student has passed all previous years papers in
theory and practical. In this year, students are supposed to undergo training in
their subject concerned. The students are supposed to submit a study project
on their allotted subject during the internship.
5. All admissions to B.Sc. Nursing course shall be provisional and subject to the
approval of Panjab University, Punjab Nurses Registration Council and Indian
Nursing Council.

SCHEME OF EXAMINATION
Scheme of examination shall be as under:
1. The medium of GCET-2021 will be English only.
2. Paper will consist of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
3. Each question will carry 1 (one) mark (maximum marks 100)
4. There will be no negative marking.
5. For all the courses, the duration of the entrance test will be of two hours.
6. The minimum qualifying marks in GCET-2021 for inclusion in the list of
successful candidates are as below:
General category: not less than 45%
SC category: not less than 40%
7. For 10+2 (Medical Group i.e., Physics, Chemistry & Biology) passed
candidate for all courses
a) Syllabus will be of 10+2 standard equivalent to AISSCE/ CBSE/ ICSE/
SSCE/ HSCE.

PROCEDURE FOR FILLING APPLICATION ONLINE AND DEPOSIT OF FEE
ONLINE
1. Online Application Form which will be available in two parts:
Part-I: To be filled for appearing in GCET-2021.
Part-II: To be filled by candidates who qualify GCET-2021 for appearing in
counseling for admission to various courses. For those candidates who
have qualified the GCET-2021 entrance examination, it shall be mandatory to
fill-up Part-II of application form and upload the certificates/ documents listed.
2. Candidate has to fill online application form available at GMCH website:
www.gmch.gov.in
3. Before applying, candidates are advised to go through the admission notice
and the instructions carefully, published in the newspapers / prospectus and
then fill in the online application form.
4. Before applying for any course, the candidates should ensure that he/she fulfils
all the eligibility norms. The candidate should have the requisite educational
qualifications from recognized University/Institute. GMCH, Chandigarh can
reject the applications of candidates at any stage of admission process in case
the candidate is not fulfilling the requisite criteria.
5. 10+2 (Medical Group i.e., Physics, Chemistry & Biology) passed candidate will
be eligible for all B.Sc. courses. Candidate can choose discipline/course at the
time of counseling on the basis of merit obtained in the Entrance Test (GCET-
2021) subject to the availability of the seats in the respective course. They
should choose option “10+2 (Medical Group i.e., Physics, Chemistry & Biology)”
as a subject for taking GCET at the time of filling Part-I of application.
6. Candidates who have already completed diploma course after passing 10+2
(Medical Group i.e., Physics, Chemistry & Biology) will also be eligible for all
B.Sc. courses provided they choose option “10+2 (Medical Group i.e., Physics,
Chemistry & Biology)” as a subject for taking GCET at the time of filling Part-I
of application.
7. Candidates who have already completed diploma course after passing 10+2
(Medical Group i.e., Physics, Chemistry & Biology) will be eligible for admission
in the B.Sc. course related to the subject of their diploma course only if they

choose option to take GCET in the subject of their diploma course at the time
of filling Part-I of application.
8. Candidates who possess Vocational qualification will be considered for
admission in the B.Sc. course related to the subject of their vocational course
only. They should choose option to take GCET related to subject of their
vocational qualification at the time of filling Part-I of application.
9. Candidates who have obtained Diploma course qualification after 10th standard
will be considered for admission in the B.Sc. course related to the subject of
their diploma course only. They should choose option to take GCET related to
subject of their Diploma course at the time of filling Part-I of application.
10. A person in regular employment with UT Health Department/Department of
Medical Education and Research and has completed experience of five or more
years in the concerned discipline in the UT Health Department/Department of
Medical Education and Research shall be eligible as in-service candidate. He/
She will be eligible for admission in the B.Sc. course related to the subject of
their experience only. They should choose option to take GCET in the subject
of their experience at the time of filling Part-I of application.
11. No addition of category of reservation will be allowed once form has been
submitted online.
12. Application fee must be paid online. Candidates must note that no other mode
of payment of application fee like Cash, Cheque, Money Order, etc. will be
accepted under any circumstances. GMCH, Chandigarh will not be responsible
for any remittance made in any form other than the method prescribed above
and such applications without requisite application fee submitted through any
other mode except prescribed above are likely to be rejected.
13. In case of any discrepancy in the fee amount and application id, application is
liable to be rejected.
14. All candidates who submit completed application along with correct application
fee online by due date and time will be allowed to appear in the entrance test:
GCET-2021.
15. Mere appearing in the entrance test doesn’t make a candidate eligible for
admission to the course. It will be subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria laid
down for various pools/categories/courses.

16. For determining the eligibility for various pools/categories/courses, candidates
who qualify in GCET-2021 have to fill the part-II of online application after
declaration of the result of GCET-2021.
17. Only those candidates who fulfill the various eligibility criteria after scrutiny of
part-II of application and attached certificates/documents will be eligible to
appear for counseling.
18. The candidates are not required to submit hard copies of submitted online
application form in Govt. Medical College Hospital, Sector-32, Chandigarh
before scrutiny/ counseling.

Register by clicking on “Candidate Registration”. Candidate will receive a
confirmation on email including his/her Registration ID and password on

ENTRANCE EXAMINATION
1. Entrance examination will be held on 18.09.2021(Saturday) from 3.00 pm
to 5.00 pm.
2. Admit card can be downloaded from the GMCH website www.gmch.gov.in
from 16.09.2021 (Thursday) onwards
3. In case of any difficulty in downloading admit card or any discrepancy,
candidate should immediately contact either of the following officials between
9.00 am to 5.00 pm on any working day.

4. Venue of Entrance Examination: The venue of entrance test will be intimated
on the admit card.
5. Candidate should report at the entrance test venue by 2.00 pm with following:
a) Downloaded Admit card pasted with self-attested photograph.
b) Any one of the following photo identification proofs
i. Aadhaar
ii. Passport
iii. Driving license
iv. Voter identity card
6. No admission into the examination hall will be allowed after 2.30 pm.
7. Mobile phones, Pen, Card Board, any jewellery item etc. will not be allowed
inside the Examination Hall. There will not be any arrangement for safe keeping
of these items at the examination hall.
8. Result will be displayed on GMCH website www.gmch.gov.in on 22.09.2021
(Wednesday).

COUNSELING
1. Candidates who qualify by securing minimum qualifying marks in GCET-
2021 i.e., 45% for General category and 40% for Scheduled caste have to fill
PART-II of Application Form and submit the required certificates/ documents
for scrutiny to decide their eligibility.
2. Inter-se-merit: If two or more candidates obtain equal marks in the Entrance
Test, then the inter-se-merit for admission to the course shall be determined on
the basis of marks obtained in 10+2 or equivalent examination. If these marks
are equal then the merit will be determined on the basis of age i.e., preference
will be given to the candidate who is older in age. If the candidate has passed
10+2 in 6 or more subjects, then only 04 main subjects viz. Physics, Chemistry,
Biology and English will be calculated for merit purpose, optional subjects will
not be counted.
3. Merit list of eligible candidates according to their rank/merit in the Combined
Entrance Test (GCET-2021) in their respective pool/general category/reserved
category will be displayed on the website of Government Medical College &
Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh i.e.,www.gmch.gov.in on 08.10.2021
(Friday)
4. The selection will be made on the basis of rank/merit obtained by the eligible
candidates in the GMCH Combined Entrance Test-2021 (GCET-2021)
conducted by Government Medical College & Hospital, Chandigarh.
5. There are no marks for counseling.
6. Candidates have to appear in person for counseling on 12.10.2021 (Tuesday)
at 9.30 AM. The venue of counseling will be intimated on the website.
Personal appearance of the candidate before the Counseling/Admission
Committee is mandatory for claiming seat as per rank/merit determined and
displayed.
7. No separate counseling letter will be issued.
8. No TA/DA will be paid for attending counseling.
9. Mere attending counseling for a course doesn’t confer any right to admission in
that course. Admission will be strictly according to the rank/merit in Entrance
Test (GCET)-2021. It will be subject to eligibility criteria laid down for the
course.

10. The candidates should report at the counseling venue with any one of the

11. The candidates should bring with them the following original documents
along with two passport size photographs at the time of Counseling:
a) Print out of online submitted Application Form.

12. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the counselling without
producing all applicable original documents/ certificates. Attested copies
/ Digi Locker copies/ any other virtual copies / letter of possession of
original documents and certificates by any other Institution will not be
entertained for granting admission to a candidate.

14. Candidates after scrutiny of original documents will be escorted to the venue of
the counseling.

15. Sequence of counseling will be for General Category seats first, followed by
Reserved Category seats.
16. All qualified UT Chandigarh Pool /General Pool candidates including “own
merit” SC category candidates will be considered for admission against General
category seats in their respective pool according to their rank / merit in the
combined list, in addition to the category they have applied for.
17. Candidates belonging to reserved category, who obtain admission in the
General category on the basis of their rank/merit in the Entrance Test (GCET-
2021), shall not be counted towards the seats for the reserved category
concerned.
18. If a qualified candidate reports late for counselling when his/her turn according
to his / her rank / merit has already been passed over, he/she will be considered
as per available seats/ stream/ discipline/ course at the time of his/her actual
reporting in the counselling.
19. Second counselling / Subsequent counselling will be conducted for the vacant
seats, if any available. Information to this effect will be displayed on the website
of Government Medical College & Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh
i.e.,www.gmch.gov.in.
20. An otherwise qualified candidate who did not appear in the first counselling is
allowed to appear in the second counselling and subsequent counselling and
will be offered the available seat as per his/her rank/merit.
21. Candidate once admitted cannot participate in counseling again except in case
where he/she wants to change his/her discipline/course of admission. He/ she
has to surrender the seat in writing one day prior to the day of subsequent
counseling.
22. In case of non-availability of qualified SC category candidates or any other
reserved category candidates in UT Pool / General Pool, these seats will be
filled from qualified General Category candidates from respective pool in the
Second Round of counselling.
23. Seat(s) remaining unfilled from General Pool shall be filled from eligible UT
Chandigarh Pool General Category candidates at the time of second
counselling.

24. Mop-Up round, if any seats remaining unfilled due to non-availability of eligible
UT Chandigarh Pool candidates the same will be filled from Combined Merit
List of General Pool candidate(s).

ADMISSION
1. The selected candidates will have to undergo medical examination by the
constituted Medical Board on the same day or succeeding day of counseling.
Candidates found medically fit shall be granted admission.
2. The candidates who do not appear before the Medical Board or are found
medically unfit shall not be allowed to join the course.
3. Fees are to be paid on the day of medical examination after candidate is found
medically fit. The candidature of the eligible candidates, who do not deposit the
prescribed fees in full, shall stand automatically cancelled and vacancies so
caused shall be offered to the candidates in the subsequent counseling. No
correspondence or appeal in this connection will be entertained by the
Admission Committee.
4. Admissions shall be made strictly in accordance with the rules / criteria
mentioned in this Prospectus. However, in all matters which need interpretation
or for which no provision exists in the Prospectus, the decision of the Admission
Committee shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained regarding
rejection or disqualification of any candidate.
5. The original certificates of the selected candidates will be retained by the
college. The original certificates of the selected candidates shall be returned
only if the seat is surrendered in writing by the candidate.
6. In case the information furnished or certificates/documents submitted by the
candidate are found to be fake or is found to have withheld or concealed
information in the application form, his/her admission shall stand cancelled and
the fee deposited shall be forfeited. In addition, he/she may also face legal
action under the law of the land.
7. All admissions shall be provisional and subject to the approval of concerned
regulatory bodies.
8. All legal disputes relating to admission of students will be subject to courts
having jurisdiction in Chandigarh.
9. Any directions / order governing admissions to the course from the
Government/ Hon’ble courts / Regulatory bodies will be binding on all
candidates.

10. The Rules and Regulations, including fee to be charged, are subject to revision
and amendment from time to time and the revised decision will be applicable
irrespective of those given in this Prospectus.

FEE
1. Selected candidates will have to pay fee and other dues as below:

THE ABOVE FEE STRUCTURE IS SUBJECT TO REVISION BY PANJAB
UNIVERSITY AUTHORITIES AND SAME SHALL BE APPLICABLE
ACCORDINGLY.
2. The annual fee can be deposited through Demand Draft in favour of Director
Principal, Govt. Medical College & Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh payable and
also through debit card/ credit card at POS machine with PLA Cashier,
Academic Branch and online through GMCH website i.e., www.gmch.gov.in.
3. In case of surrender of seat, the fees and other funds deposited at the time of
admission will be refunded after deduction of ` 1000/- of total amount paid at
the time of admission if seat so vacated gets filled up. If the seat so vacated is
not filled up, the entire fee & funds deposited at the time of admission shall
stand forfeited and only the security fee will be refunded after the written
request by the student.
4. If candidate surrender his/her B.Sc. Paramedical seat at any stage (viz. Ist
Year, 2nd Year, 3rd Year or 4th Year) during the course, the remaining fee of
course will be taken from the candidate as penalty.

OTHER INFORMATION
1. Medium of teaching / instructions will be English
2. Hostel: No hostel facility will be provided to any student and they have to make
their own arrangements for Boarding / lodging.
3. Stipend: No stipend will be given to any student during the course of any
stream except B.Sc. Nursing where stipend will be paid during internship
only.
4. Library: There is a well-stocked library with all essential professional books,
journals and magazine etc.
5. Students’ Health: The services of Government Medical College & Hospital will
be available to the students during the time of illness free of cost but no facility
of reimbursement for students.
6. Counseling and Guidance: Students’ personal problems will be looked into
and necessary counseling and guidance will be given by the teachers. The
students are free to approach faculty members for the purpose.
7. Sports and Recreation: Facilities are available on as well as off the campus.
8. Prevention of Ragging: Ragging is a cognizable offence. Stern action against
the offenders shall be taken. Anyone involved in ragging will be punished in
accordance with the law.
9. Candidates are required to submit Declaration Form and Undertaking regarding
Anti Ragging as per specimen attached as Appendix I & II.

myself of all opportunities of academic instructions and to appear in all the college
tests whenever required to do so by the college authorities. I understand that the
duration of course of instruction for the degree of B.Sc.
2. If I, directly or indirectly, take part in any movement to create any kind of
disturbance during my attendance in the aforesaid course in the college/hospital
or to hold or address a meeting in the college/hospital or for participating in any
other activity which, in the opinion of the Director Principal/Medical
Superintendent/Professor Incharge Academic/Registrar Academic will undermine
the college/hospital discipline or indulge in taking alcohol, my name shall be
removed from the rolls of the college or I shall be fined/rusticated/expelled from the
college as decided by the college authorities. I agree that the decision of the college
authorities in such matters shall be final.
3. If the college authorities find, on the basis of my results in the college examinations
or my failure to take such examinations that I am not a fit candidate to be promoted
to the next higher class or to appear in a professional examination, I agree to my
being detained in the same class or from appearing in the professional
examination.
4. If admitted to the college, I agree that my admission can be cancelled if I have
submitted incorrect or incomplete information to the college authorities. I agree that
in such case any fees paid shall not be refunded to me.

5. I understand that the day and time of declaration of selection will be notified on the
notice board outside the Director Principal's office on the day of final selections.
6. I understand that the full fee to be paid by me on being admitted to the course is
as per the Prospectus, that fee is payable either by cash or bank demand draft in
the name of "Director Principal, Government Medical College, Chandigarh" and
that personal cheques will not be accepted.
7. I agree to pay all dues regularly as notified by the college from time to time and on
dates fixed for the purpose and understand that fees/ dues once paid are not
refundable. I agree that any outstanding dues against me when I leave the college,
shall be adjusted by the authorities concerned from my security deposit. I
understand that after the final selection is made, the list of selected candidates,
along with the waiting list candidates will be displayed on the notice board of the
Government Medical College, Chandigarh and that no other notification of such
results will be issued. I understand that the successful candidate wishing to claim
the offered seat must deposit the first full installment of the fees on the same day
after the selection, otherwise the offer will be withdrawn and the seat will be offered
to the next candidate in the waiting list in order of merit.
8. I understand that my admission will be cancelled if it is proved at any time that I
have got admission in this college by submitting forged marks/ statement.
9. I confirm that I have not been disqualified by any University/Board. I also
understand that the decision of the Admission Committee will be final and that my
admission will be subject to approval by the Panjab University, Chandigarh.
10. I understand that if all the certificates submitted by me are not approved by the
authorities concerned, my admission will be cancelled.
11. I understand that I will be permitted to take the First Professional B. Sc
examination 12 months after the date of my admission.
12. It is understood that after selection, all my original certificates shall be retained by
the college and the same will be released after the B. Sc Course including one-
year compulsory rotating internship.
13. I further undertake that in case I am selected for admission in the said course in
any other Medical College and do not withdraw my admission form from Govt.
Medical College, Chandigarh my admission to Govt. Medical College, Chandigarh

as per directions of college authorities issued from time to time.
