The videos are now available on the school website so that you can share them with your wider whānau. Daffodil Day: Friday 31st August, is Daffodil Day. Sponsorship: As mentioned in our last newsletter, we have been very lucky to be selected by Columbus Cafe and Fresh Choice to nominate 15 children for a $200 sponsorship. This money can be used to pay for stationery, uniform or school events. If finances are a real stretch for you at the moment, please apply confidentially either on the school website or pick up an application form at the office. Netball News: The Prospect School Netball team performed well at their game on 28th July winning 15-10 despite the rainy, cold weather. The team displayed the value of whanaungatanga by sharing the ball and working well together on defense to get the win against Whenuapai. The team is on a win streak and has moved up multiple grades already this year. The whole team played well which made it too tough to pick a player of the day so the whole team received the award.
