PHASE 1

First step, Click Build, Background Graphics and Front of Grid to start making the model.

This is the view when you make the first step.

Next click the edit and Import Graphic to have a Background.

Choose the File for your background.

This is the view when you insert your chosen graphic.

Click view and Zoom to fit layout for better view.

This is the view when you click zoom to fit layout.

Click build and Location to add locations.

This is the view after you click build and location.

Click Check and Add “Part_Storage”. And put 40 for capacity.

Uncheck new and add more storage. Click Check and Add

“Part_Conveyor” and put INF to Capacity.

Double click and change the conveyor options.

Check New and add Splitter.

Check New and add bin.

Double click and change the conveyor options.

Uncheck new and add counter for bin

Check New and add lathe.

Check New and add “Finish_Conveyor”.

Double Click Conveyor and edit conveyor option.

Check New and add Package.

Click Build and Entities to add Entities.

This is the view when you click Entities.

Click Graphic and draw a new entity for the Parts.

Check New and add Parts and change the dimension.

Change the color Red to Black.

Uncheck New and add New Part and change color to orange and rotate to 90 degrees.

Uncheck New and add Gear for third entity. Change the dimension.

Click Build and Click Arrivals or Ctrl+A

This is the view after you click build and Arrivals

Entity: PartLocation: Part_StorageQty: 5Ocurrence:12Frequency: 40

Put the nodes given and rename it according to the instruction.

Click Build and Path network add movement pattern

Add movements to the mapping.

Make the interface by connecting the location to the nodes

This is the input of the path network on the Phase 1.

Edit Specs and Factory_Net for path network.

This is the view when you click resources

This is the input on the network.

Click Build and Process to input processes.

Input for the Routing for part @Part_Storage.

Move logic for @Part_Storage.

Next was Routing for @Part_Conveyor.

Next was Routing for @Splitter

Next was process for Bin.

Next was process for Lathe.

Next was process for Finish_Conveyor.

This is the view when you run the model on Phase 1 for 14 hours.
