corridor to a highly degraded reach of Bozeman Creek in the heart of Bozeman
ProgressMost of the money needed project has now been
raisedContract to complete final design was signed in
December. Construction is expected to begin December 2014
and be finished by the end of that winter.

Story Mill Wetland and Stream Restoration
Story Mill Wetland and Stream RestorationProject:To restore wetlands and section of the East Gallatin adjacent to
the historic Story Mill. The hoped for outcome is the addition of a city park in Bozeman.
Project:Site purchased by Trust for Public Land in 2012. Completed
extensive public outreach, monitoring and developed concept for the Park and restoration components in 2013.
Application for the Story Mill Community Park was submitted to the Trails, Open Space and Parks (TOP) committee last week.
RESPEC is taking the conceptual restoration design to a 75% level of design. Will complete if TOPS approves the application.
If approved, restoration construction activities slated to begin this August or September.
