Activity Name : Study Abroad GuidanceOrganized by : SCOME-Thailand , Faculty of Medicine,

Prince of Ramathipbordee UniversityBrief description of project/campaign/activity :• Share experiences from the professors about being

medical students abroad ; USA,UK• Inform the medical students about studying abroad

especially in the USA and the UK , about USMLE examination and also about MDPHD

• Compare and discuss the advantagesand disadvantages of medical specialty in Thailand and abroad

• Initiate and motivate medical studentsin planning the goals of their life for further study

After this event had been completed, we considered that we gained more than expected and had good feedback.More than 300 medical students including the residents participated . Results from the questionnaire, they all were very impressed in this project. They had the opportunities to ask what they wanted to know from the experienced people. The participants would like to have this activity every year.

sold to medical students , ask them to write something and then give both money

and postcards to the patients .• Ice-breaking games• Have meal together• Bedside friendly talk

The patients appreciated that there’s someone in this world see their value , and did this kind things for them . They even cried for joyful and asked us to come back again sometime .

College of Medicine Rangsit University Brief description of project/campaign/activity :

- To raise the awareness of HIV/AIDS situation in Thailand

- To provide information about alternative treatments, researches and development on treatment, health care institutions and support groups for people infected with HIV
