1) Mr. Pradeep Bhandari - Chairman

Mr. Pradeep Bhandari is the Chairman of Proteam Consulting. He is a fellow member of ICAI(Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) since 1979, a law graduate with rank andgraduate in Commerce. He has vast experience for over three decades in the field of Audits,Taxation Domestic and International, corporate laws. He has served as Founder Secretary,Chairman of Southern Regional Chapter - International Fiscal Association, India Branch andNational Executive Committee Member of International Fiscal Association, India Branch. He has

served on National Executive Committee of All India Federation of Tax Practioners.

2) Mr. Piyush Bhandari Chief Executive

Mr. Piyush Bhandari, Director, Proteam Consulting, is a fellow member of ICAI (Indian Instituteof Chartered Accountants of India) since 2003 and post graduate in Commerce. He has workedwith the corporate finance division of the Sanmar Group a leading business conglomerate inSouth India, for over 3 years. He was also awarded the Young Managers Award by MadrasManagement Association in 2005. He has excellent experience in Assurance & Advisory,International Taxation, Corporate Finance and Strategic Planning. He spearheads the CrossBorder Advisory and International Taxation.

Mr. Lalit Jain heads our Mumbai operations and is a fellow member of ICAI (IndianInstitute of Chartered Accountants of India. He specializes in Corporate Audits, Indiantax laws and Project Finance.

Ms. Anvita Anand heads our Dubai operations and is an MBA from IMED, PuneUniversity. She is a rank holder in her economic specialization and human resources graduation level.

5) Ms. Yasmeen Shaik Consultant, Dubai
