Note: The following items are required for full credit:1. Schedule must use MS Project    

2. Use Septemnber 1 as your starting date for the construction3. Calculate start & finish dates based on your flow chart & Sept 1 start4. Schedule must be on one page; landscape format5. Be sure to arrange the tasks in "logical" construction order6. Must use task sequencing & overlap per your Flow Diagram7. Add lead or lag to separate or overlap a task or sequence of tasks8. All activities must be labeled with activity names to the right of the bar9. All activities must show % complete to left of bar  

10. Show % complete in the activity bar for all tasks11. All activities must be completed in less than 173 days12. All activity bars must be colored blue & use cross hatch pattern 13. Include the 3 "phase" activities with black bars as: (1) Planning (2) Foundation & Site (3) Vertical (4) Exterior & Finish14. Include a title & your name in the heading
