POB-001 Product & Operations Bulletin Rev. 2017-04-24 Handsfree Gooseneck Handling System Future Production’s patented handsfree gooseneck handling (GNH) system significantly; - Reduces your operational nonproductive time (NPT) - Improves safety by eliminating manual operations over open sea The system is designed for handling and terminating of the choke & kill, mud boost, and conduit lines between the rig and the telescopic joint. The GNH system has received excellent operational feedback, and have been in service without downtime, since 2011. Rig-Vessel suitability The GNH system can be arranged for all rig types, semi-submersibles, drillships and jack-ups. Installation can be on a moving trolley (e.g. BOP trolley), fixed to a structure, or incorporated into the underhull guides. It is available for new builds and as retrofit to existing drilling rigs. Operational Benefits The GNH system connects all your BOP hoses in a matter of minutes and significantly reduces NPT. Operation of the stabbing arms is by remote radio control and/or by direct hand levers. The stabbing arms will make for easy connections and disconnections, without any need for manual operation or intervention over open sea. Future Production’s GNH system is robust and very maintenance friendly. All maintenance points are easily accessible. The system includes no electrical or hydraulic components on the telescopic joint. Future Production’s GNH system is the only truly hands free system available and in operation.

Handsfree Gooseneck Handling System Future Production’s patented handsfree gooseneck handling (GNH) system significantly;
- Reduces your operational nonproductive time (NPT) - Improves safety by eliminating manual operations over open sea
The system is designed for handling and terminating of the choke & kill, mud boost, and conduit lines between the rig and the telescopic joint.
