Layers of the Rainforest Take a look at this information all about the layers of the rainforest. https://www.rainforest- alliance.org/sites/ default/files/2016-10/ rainforest_layers.pdf Try creating your own diagram showing the layers of the rainforest and the animals you can find in each layer. You could cut and stick pictures, paint or draw! Amazing Animals How many different types of animals live in rainforests? Can you name any? What is their diet like? How do they hunt for their prey or hide from predators? Speedy Work OutComplete the following 5 activities as

fast as possible: Star jumps, tuck jumps, press-ups, squats and lunges. Record how many repetitions of each activity

you can perform in 30 seconds. Can you beat your best?

You could also record you heart rate (beats per minute)

Running challengeWith an adult, can you do a 2k or 3k run

or walk? Time how long it took. You could challenge yourself to improve

your time, or run a bit longer. There are apps that can help track this.
