ESTIMATION:- TOTAL DIE COST (MATERIAL COST, MACHINING

COST,LABOUR COST,TRY OUT COST and OH 10%)

INHOUSE: 49,150/-

OFF LOAD: 10,294/-

Cost Calculated by Off Load Basis

OLD PART :- Rs 15/- per Part (As Per SAP data)

B.E.P: FOR 700 EX PARTS COST We Can Get The New Die(Break Even Point)

By Running for 2 hrs; we can get 2400Parts, which take ~4 years to

consume

• As cutting force is <10ton we can use our 150 ton tryout press for production due to less schedule on that press.

• we can get directly 3.15mm Thk sheet

• Approximately 30 Parts Per Min.
