Supertech
The only one in the world that acts directly on the fuel inside the tank.

The Supertech: due to vibration, emits infrared electromagnetic radiation that cause a weakening of the intermolecular bond; this improves the interaction with the oxygen thus achieving an almost perfect combustion. The infrared radiation is energy that is part of the spectrum of electromagnetic waves and is generated by the vibration of molecules. All objects emit infrared energy.

It 's a highly innovative device for saving fuel, for the reduction of polluting emissions, increases power and extends the life of the engine parts.

It’s a disaggregates hydrocarbon molecules that gets the to optimization combustion, improving the stequiometric ratio (fuel oxigen ratio). To be inserted inside of the tank and attached at the fuel pump through a steel cable. No need for connections electrical, mechanic or hydraulic and not released any substance, does not

determine any changes to the facilities or the engine. (Certificate). In contact with the fuel, thanks to the vibrations of the vehicle and the aspiration of the fuel pump, it emits electromagnetic radiation to infrared that cause a weakening of intermolecular bonds (van der Waals forces), improving the interaction of the fuel with the oxygen.

What’s the Supertech ?

Solving the problem of incomplete combustion, which depends on two factors:

The stequiometric λ is the perfect relationship between the mass of combustion air (oxygen) and fuel for the combustion is complete. In general, for each kg of fuel to the engine you need to send 14.7 kg of oxygen, it takes 14 kg for each kg of disel, for alcohol 9kg, and 34kg of air for kilogram of hydrogen. When the air / fuel ratio is * perfect * λ takes the value 1.

1) The Stequiometric Ratio

Theoretically, if the combustion was complete, and that is with all the oxygen atoms that are combined with those of hydrogen and carbon of fuel, the exhaust gases are composed of carbon dioxide, water (in the form of steam) and nitrogen.

Inevitably, however, the emissions from combustion engines are:•CO carbon monoxide, a poisonous gas.•CO2 carbon dioxide (carbon dioxide).•NOx oxides of nitrogen. •UHC unburned hydrocarbons.•PM particulate matter, (in charge of smoke and fine).

How do I get these results?

MAJOR SUBSTANCES FROM ENGINES

If within the combustion chamber of the engine had a complete combustion would result the formation of carbon dioxide CO2.The presence of CO is a sign of incomplete combustion.

1. CARBON MONOXIDE (CO)

1. UNBURNED HYDROCARBONS (UHC)

Unburned hydrocarbons are mainly by fuel that does not take part in combustion and are depend on the ratio of air / fuel mixture. The complete combustion decreases the (UHC).

Page 6: Presentation of Supertech [Sent by my friend, Luigi]

1. NITROGEN OXIDES (NOx)

NOx is a mixture of NO (98%) and NO2 (about 2%) and depend on the correct ratio of air/fuel

mixture.

It consists of solid particles with a diameter of 10 to 100 microns. The issuance amount is relatively small at low and medium loads, while at full load (acceleration), the issue is consistent.Particulate matter is formed only in diesel and gasoline direct injection. In diesel engines are almost all retained by the particulate filter before being ejected, when the filter is saturated, with regeneration.

1. PARTICULATE MATTER (PM)

Il Supertech

, optimizing combustion, greatly reduces emissionand carbon residues that are a real problem especially in diesel engines, because they lead to a loss of money for maintenanceof injectors and a particulate filter.

WHAT HAPPENS WHILE ELIMINATING CARBON RESIDUE?

THE CHIMNEY SWEEPER EFFECT

BEFORE AFTER

Supertech reduces the formation of carbon residues. Along with the miles begins the "chimney sweeps" effect, virtually the cleaning of the whole pipe on the expulsion of exhaust gases, from the combustion chamber to the muffler. The start and duration depend on the age of the vehicle, from type and use; change from vehicle to vehicle.

2) Forces of aggregation, Law of Van Der WaalsDutch physicist Nobel Prize 1910 who discovered the strength of intermolecular attraction. They are weak forces of attraction due to disruption of the electron cloud (induced dipoles), the law for which the molecules H and Cbeing aggregated by this force, prevent an optimal interaction with oxygen, creating unburned. The weakening of intermolecular bonds thus enhances the combustion process.

Functioning principle of the Supertech

The Supertech due to vibration, emits infrared electromagnetic radiation that cause a weakening of the intermolecular bond; this improves the interaction with the oxygen thus achieving an almost perfect combustion. The infrared radiation is energy that is part of the spectrum of electromagnetic waves and is generated by the vibration of molecules. All objects emit infrared energy. Is known that the heat dilates the body and bein the infrared heat waves, expand and loosen the intermolecular bonds (van der Waals's law), allowing more and better interaction with the oxygen.

1. If modern engines would ensure complete combustion would not need the muffler, which instead serves to keep the exhaust gases from internal combustion engines that are harmful to health or the environment.

1. It’s demonstrated that even in modern engines, as in all others, are generated during combustion unburned hydrocarbons. This means that part of the fuel entering in the combustion chamber, is ejected without being burned.

Why does Supertech work even in the new generation engines?

The chemical reaction between oxygen and petrol, i.e combustion, never occurs in a perfect manner. Firstly, there will be a small amount of fuel not burnt...”

What happens if by Supertech reduces emissions?

What are the exhaust gases compound ?CO, Co2, NOx, HC, Pm

What are the HC? Fuel entering the combustion chamber and is ejected without being burned

Reduces fuel consumption

Quick and easy installation

Make sure the Supertech is positioned with one hand on the bottom of the tank and with the other raised about 3/4 cm, so as to allow the device to vibrate.

The vibration is primary condition for its operation.
