Dear Sirs,

1. Introduction We want to present us and our company as a supplier for Gas

trailers , gas containers for all kind of gases, especially here forLPG Gas today.

We thank Mr. Damak and Mr. Kohler for the opportunity to presentus to the most important Gas companies here in the Emirates.

2. GOFA 1, General facts

We come from the western part of Germany, our hometown isabout 80 km away from Dsseldorf and only 6 km away from theDutch border.

Our company was founded in 1962 by our father . We are runningthe business now in the second generation.

We are working in a 50.000 qm workshop with about 150

employees; the total area is about 100.000 m.

2. Production program in general

We are producing tanks for dangerous liquids, for foodstuff ,powders and granulates and for all kind of gases and this range astrailers and as containers, so that we have a solution for nearlyevery kind of traffic way, for the road, for the railway and for thewater. The only thing that is missingin the air.

Today we will only concentrate on the gas site.

3.1. Gas production in generalWe started to produce trailers and bodies for LPG already in 1977,

more than 30 years ago. In this time, we produced these tanks indifferent sorts of steel, always with the aim, to reduce weight to get ahigh payload. Today we are working with a high strength sort of steel,that only can be produced by 2 steel manufacturers in Europe.

To solve our aim to produce a high standard trailer with the highest

standard of safety and the optimum of weight we are producing all thecomponents of the trailer by ourselves. For the vessel we only buy thesheets according to our specification and produce the vessel with

these components. We do not buy chassis, we are producing the tank

support by ourselves.We are buying axles, tyres, valves, pumps etc; from that we produce acomplete trailer or body.All the tanks and trailers are built according to the ADR, the Europeanregulation for the transport of dangerous goods. This regulation has avery high safety standard itself. TV, Bureau Veritas and many of theother third parties are in our house day by day, also to check allproducts of our production.

3.2.trailer for Sergas as example for the facilities

Here the main items of the tank

- volume 55 cbm- 7 baffles- 25 bars- 1 sunshield of aluminium- 2 safety valves on the top of tank

- tank with 2 pneumatically working bottom valves- 1 pump system Blackmer 3- 1 hose carrier with 20 m hoseReal weight 12850 kg

As you see the weight is very interesting. This is only possible by thenewest and best steel sorts;By which you can spare about 650 700 kg in comparison to the lastgeneration of steel. And thisWith the same safety according to ADR.

3.3. options for LPG trailers

These trailers can be built in three different versions- besides thedifferent sizes:

- trailers only with pump-system normally working hydraulically.

3.4. safety equipment construction

In this trailer, the following safety device is realised:

As you see, our trailer has no real chassis. We call this constructionvessel in self-supporting version with the advantage, that thegravity center of the tank is quite lower than with a construction with

chassis. By that you have a much better stability on the road and in

curves. Additional to the safety advantage, this construction is verymuch lighter than a construction with chassis.

Axles:

We mostly mount axles of BPW, Germany. For more than 10 years,we only deliver with for the Emirates, we have foreseen a heavy duty version of axles, The advantage is the lifetime of the axle andthat this axle is good even for bad roads.

Additionally the axles have a big disc brake 22,5.By using the bigger disc, the disc temperature can be lowered and themaintenance costs are reduced .

Brake:The trailer is equipped with a brake system Wabco ABS EBS,Generation D. Since 4 weeks, there is a new generation of EBS onthe market, Generation E, that we already now mount in all the trailerswe deliver. This new version has the advantage that the airsuspension can be steered by the computer of the brake system.Within this, you are able to reduce dynamically the wheel base inreducing the air pressure in the bellows of the rear axle, to turn on asmaller circle.

Safety equipment

- vessel:

We have foreseen 2 safety valves to take care of the heat here in theEmirates.

The valves are mounted in the front of the tank.We mount them there and not on different parts of the tank to makesure, that they are always in the gas phase for the tank is designed

with a small angle to the rear

Liquid level gauges

To meet the right filling of the tank, the tank is equipped with 4 liquidlevel gaugesThese liquid level gauges are positioned on 83, 85 , 88 and 90 %

- Non cavitation line

As you know, the pump can get cavitation, if you discharge the vessel.Therefore the driver has an additional valve, within he can reduce thecavitation of the pump.

pneumatic safety device.

1. The tank is equipped with pneumatic operated bottom valves. By

using special equipment for operating, the valves close automatically,if the air pressure of the valves is reduced for 3 seconds. Within this,there is automatically a fire closing of the valves, for the air hose ismelting.

2. The tank is equipped with pneumatic switches, which close the

valves, when the armature box is closed.

3. Further the tank has an emergency stop valve in the front, fromwhich the valves can be closed

separate spray line (as 3rd. line)

It is possible to fit a 3rd spray line into the vessel o n l y for filling thetank. This construction has the advantage, that the tank at filling isclosed and no gas can flow out of the vessel, even if a hose isbreaking.

Service equipment:

For having an easy grounding between filling and discharge, the tankis equipped with a grounding cable

As you can imagine, there are a lot of additional safety features, weinstall in accordance to the wishes of our customers.

Examples are dead man switch, overload preventing device or camerasystems at the rear side.

As you can see at the vehicle outside, we try to manufacture the tankswith a lot of care concerning all componentsFor example, the paint is one of the details, we would like to point out.

Painting

For LPG trailers and bodies we have fixed the following paintingprocedure, that is according to the recommendation of Dupont , whodeliver all our paint.

- sand blasted from the outside- cold zinc protection from the outside- Filler, to fill up the surface of the sheets- 2 x 2-components Acryl

3.5 other solutions for LPG

We described trailers and components, that are not especially forLPG-trailers.

A major part of our LPG production concerns vehicles usedfor the distribution of LPG to the houses.

For the moment we only want to show you the system without allpossible details.

We have the concept for these tanks as swaps bodies, that are fixedto the chassis of the truck by corner castings the same way we use forthe containers.
