2.2. Pedagogical team

- 22 teachers graduated as qualified masters in French or French for foreigners and experienced in teacher training for illiteracy-active and practical pedagogy-coaching for new teachers- French native speakers

-Adults from 15 to ? years, 1.400 in 2010-2011.-Diplomats, political refugees, tourists, homeless people, job seekers, social recipients, young school leavers.-People with a study visa, not or little provides with schooling in their home country (master holders in their home country or unable to read or write).-122 different nationalities attending the courses in 2010-2011.

2.4. Present specifications

-Only school for social promotion in the French Community of Beldium specialized solely in french as a foreign language and in illiteracy training.-geographical top situation: in the very city center of Brussels, near Embassies.-Quality based on a 75 year-experience in « FLE »(French as a foreign language).- Degrees guaranteed by the Belgian state (by the French community of Belgium)- and official attestations and degrees.

3.L’IFCAD: European standing.

- Learners from the 27 members of the EU and from non-European countries (as a whole 122 nationalites).-Partnership with « Bruxelles Formation », with non profit organisation « Lire et Ecrire » and several CPAS.- Partnership and team work with other Tuition Institutes for adults.- Contacts with several embassies (EU and non EU)- Training sessions sonnected with CECR entitled.

4.Near future: Planning a bachelor session for international cooperation, and reinforcement of the present training offer for French for foreigners and illiteracy training.

1.Opening of a bachelier degree in international cooperation (subject to the agreement by the French community)-sept 2012 or 2013 open to any holder of a secondary school certificate.2. Reinforcement of the »FLE » and illiteracy trainings (Partnerchips). Leadership in both fields.

5. Conclusion«Übung macht den Meister », « 20 fois sur le métier remettez votre ouvrage »(quotation from Boileau) -Dynamic pedagogy- Adult training: a never ending field.-Mutual and ethical consideration always present.- Practice of an international language: the language from the heart with a view to legal, pedagogical and administrative regulations.
