    Location

    Project Goals

    The Italian Community Center (ICC) is located i

    Third Ward neighborhood of Milwaukee, WI. Current

    site contains the building on the north side with su

    parking lots running to Polk St. to the south. The s

    zoned C9G which allows for a variety of commercia

    residential uses. Consideration has been given to the

    Policy defined in the Third Ward NeighboComprehensive Plan including the concept of cre

    social spaces and restoration of a street grid

    incorporates the Italian Village concept.

    Allow the Italian Community Center to achieve s

    independence from the Italian Conference Cente

    redefine the necessary support spaces.

    Improve and create new presence in the Third W

    that welcomes people to the area for festivals and

    draws people to the ICC.

    Develop a boutique hotel that draws people to

    Italian Conference Center and provides me

    space for functions.

    Create an iconic destination restaurant

    encourages people to explore The Italian Comm

    Center grounds.
