Top performers in FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam will be awarded medals and their Schools & subject teachers will be

awarded Trophies based on their Students performance in individual subjects i.e. Mathematics & Science (for Students of

Class V, VI, VII & VIII) and Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry (for Students of Class IX, X & XI) . Schools will also be awarded

trophies in case a Student from that school bags a medal for overall performance.

Schools can encourage their Students to appear in FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam & win laurels for the School as well as Subject

Teachers.

Every School Principal has the exclusive privilege to recommend a maximum of 21 Students (3 Students each from Class V, VI,

VII, VIII, IX, X & XI) and FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam registration fee will be waived off for these recommended Students.

In case a very big school, with a large number of talented Students is desirous of recommending more than 21 Students, then

it should contact the nearest FIITJEE centre in writing. The nal discretion in this case will remain with the respective FIITJEECentre Head / Centre Coordinator. Decision will be based on the performance of that school in JEE Advanced, JEE Main, KVPY,

Olympiads, SAT and NTSE in the previous years.

Schools & Students can download the Recommendation Form for FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam from www. itjee-ftre.com and

submit it along with the FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam Paper Application Form.

In addition, a Best School Shield will also be awarded to the School which gives the best performance by its Students inFIITJEE Talent Reward Exam in a particular zone.

The Best School Shield will be awarded to the school accumulating maximum points in its corresponding Zone as per thefollowing point system :

For every Gold Medal won by a Student - 5 points

For every Silver Medal won by a Student - 3 points

For every Bronze Medal won by a Student - 1 point

Principal of the Best School Shield winner School will also be awarded a shield.

All awards will be given in a ceremony presided by acclaimed dignitaries and Press / Media.

How to Register

1. First of all an account (a parent or a Student account) has to be created. If student is registering himself / herself, create a student account

and if parent / Guardian is doing a registration for his / her ward, please create a parent account. A parent can register more than one child

from his / her account.

2. If a Student is already enrolled in a FIITJEE program, please use Add Enrollment Number link to add your Enrollment Number or if a

Student has appeared in any previous FIITJEE Test like FTRE / EVT or Admission Test etc., please use Add Registration Number link to add

your Registration Number of the Test given. If the registration / Enrollment Number gets linked, the system will calculate the Registration

Fee for FTRE, 2014 accordingly.

3. Update the pro le of the Student you wish to register. Please note that it is only a one time job. You need not do it again for further

registration / enrollment as long as there is no change in any value.

4. Click on New Registration Link and ll the details like Test / Exam Name, Date, Centre and other relevant elds.

5. Choose one of the following fee payment options (If the fee payable is not zero)

Note 1 : Students must appear in both Papers (Paper 1 & Paper 2) to become eligible for Cash Scholarships / Program Fee Waivers / HostelFee waivers. Cash Scholarships, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs and Hostel Fee Waivers for Class VIII, IX, X & XI will be decided onthe basis of combined performance in Paper 1 (40% weightage) & Paper 2 (60% weightage) and subject to scoring above minimum

cut-off marks in each subject of both Papers.

In case of Class V, VI & VII, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs and Hostel Fee Waivers will be decided on the basis of performance inthe Paper and subject to scoring above minimum cut-off marks in each subject of the Paper.

Note 2 : The nal discretion of award of Cash Scholarships, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE programs & Hostel Fee Waivers in each case will remainwith FIITJEE management and this decision will be nal and binding on the candidate.

In case a Student approaches us to take Admission / Enrollment after 25th January, 2015 till the FTRE Fee Validity date,

then he / she has to pay Rs. 500/- xed late fee + Rs. 100/- per day late fee.

Note 4 : For C ss VIII (goi g to Ix i 2015) Students joining Four Year Program, 30% of Total Cash Scholarship will be divided in equalquarterly installments and disbursed in Class IX & X from April 2015 to March 2017 and rest 70% of Total Cash Scholarship will be

divided in equal quarterly installments and disbursed in Class XI & XII from April 2017 to March 2019.

For C ss Ix (goi g to x i 2015) Students joining Three Year Classroom Program, please refer to Scholarship Grid on page 8 - CashScholarship will be divided in equal quarterly installments and disbursed from April 2015 to March 2018.

For C ss x (goi g to xI i 2015) Students joining Two Year Program, total Cash Scholarship will be divided in equal quarterlyinstallments and disbursed from April 2015 to March 2017.

For C ss xI (goi g to xII i 2015) Students joining One Year Classroom Program, total Cash Scholarship will be divided in equalquarterly installments and disbursed from April 2015 to March 2016.

Note 5 : Minimum attendance of 90% and relative good performance in Phase Tests during the course will be a criterion for eligibility forcontinuity of disbursement of quarterly Cash Scholarship. The nal discretion in each case will remain with FIITJEE and this decision

Note 9 : FIITJEE Students already enrolled in Classroom / Integrated School Program can appear in FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam to

nd about their current level of preparation and their projected Rank in JEE Main & Advanced / Other Competitive Entrance

Examinations. We are already committed to these Students in giving our complete support at any point of their preparation.

FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam is only for giving the feedback to their preparation and no Scholarships / Fee Waivers will be awarded

to such Students. However, FIITJEE Students will be entitled for rewards as per their performance in JEE Advanced Examination

(for details refer FIITJEEs Program Brochure).

Note 10 : Students presently in Class X and enrolled at FIITJEE in Four Year / Three Year Classroom Program (enrolled with an exit option after

Class X) will be entitled for all the bene ts of FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam on selection & joining PINNACLE - Two Year Integrated

Note 13 : Students enrolled in FIITJEE Rankers Study Material (RSM) or All India Test Series (AITS) for JEE Advanced, 2016 on selection &

joining One Year Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2016 will be entitled for Cash Scholarships, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE program

and monthly Hostel Fee Waivers during the Program. The course fee already paid for Rankers Study Material or All India Test Series

will not be adjusted or refunded.

Note 14 : Any Student studying at FIITJEE can avail only one scholarship (including Cash Scholarships awarded through Talent Reward Exam etc.)

during his / her entire academic session of the program he / she joins at FIITJEE. Once a Student enrolls in a FIITJEE Program through

FIITJEEs Talent Reward Exam / Escape Velocity Test / Admission Test etc. and he / she reappears in any future FIITJEEs Test then he

/ she will not be eligible to claim any Scholarship through the latter Test. However, Scholarship based on Scholastic Achievement

in KVPY / Olympiads / NTSE / JSTSE / MTSE / SSTSE / X Board / XII Board will remain applicable, but the Student can only claim the

Scholarship higher amongst the two - i.e. either the Scholarship based on FIITJEEs Talent Reward Exam / Admission Test etc. OR the

Scholarship based on Scholastic Achievement (already availed scholarship amount will be deducted from the same).

Note 15 (a) : The registered of ce of FIITJEE Limited is at New Delhi. All disputes and differences of any nature with regard to the FTRE,

subsequent enrollment and studies shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Management of FIITJEE Ltd. The

Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and

Statutory modi cation thereof and rules made thereunder. The award of the arbitrator shall be nal & binding. The arbitrator so

appointed shall not be incapacitated for reasons of their being the employee of FIITJEE Ltd. or its sister concern, and for reasons

of having any prior linkage with the company. The seat of arbitration will be Delhi. All the parties - Student / parents / guardian

& FIITJEE agree that they shall not commence or maintain any action in a court of law relating to FTRE, subsequent enrollment

& studies at FIITJEE except for enforcement of the arbitral award. All parties waive any right to appeal. This is needed for speedy

redressal of issues & all parties agree to this.

Note 1 : No Student can appear in FIITJEE admission test (including FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam) more than twice in one academic year.

If any Student appears for the third time his / her application will be disquali ed before the admission test or even if identi ed

after taking admission his / her enrollment can be cancelled and fee deposited will be forfeited. FIITJEE can also take legal action

against such Student and his / her guardian.

Note 2 : In case a Student reappears in FIITJEE test, his / her scholarship (if awarded) wil l be scaled down by one slab so that he / she

does not have any undue advantage over fresh Student appearing for the rst time.

Note 3 : FIITJEE reserves the right to change / cancel any Program, Test Date, Test Centre, Study Centre, Eligibility Criterion & Course Fee

Taking the initiat ive of helping the economically underpr ivileged to a larger level, in the year 2008, FIITJEE constituted FORTUNATE 40

A program to provide world-Class training to serious Students from nancially weaker backgrounds to achieve their goal of success

& Top Ranks in IIT-JEE and Other Competitive Exams.

The program will nancially support capable Students presently studying in Class VIII (going to IX) & Class X (going to XI) whose

total parental income is less than Rs. 10,000/- per month. FIITJEE will support these meritorious Students in their preparation

for achieving their dream goal by awarding 100% scholarships for FIITJEE programs & 100% waivers on hostel charges. For

Integrated School Program the school fee will be charged from the Student (at some locations scholarship on school fee

may also be awarded). The FORTUNATE 40 batch for each program, at each location, will have a maximum of 40 Students

only. Students will have to appear for a selection test on 8th February, 2015 . There is no registration fee for the selection

test. To be eligible for the FORTUNATE 40 batch, Students have to clear the individual subject cut-offs & also the grand total

cut-off. Selected Students will be notied and admitted to the program with 100% scholarships.

The nal d iscretion on award of scholarship in each case will remain with FIITJEE and this decision will be nal and binding on the

candidate.

Who can apply?

Aspirants of JEE Advanced, 2017 {(Students presently in X (going to Class XI in 2015)} &

Aspirants of JEE Advanced, 2019 {(Students presently in VIII (going to Class IX in 2015)}

Last date to apply : Sunday 1st February, 2015

Fee for Test : Nil

Eligibility to appear in Selection Test

1. The Student should be presently studying in Class VIII / X and be an aspirant of JEE Advanced, 2019 / JEE Advanced, 2017.

2. Student should be from Central Government School, State Government school for under privileged section of society for

example Students studying in Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti Schools. The total parental income should be less than Rs. 10,000/-

per month.

Other Students (studying in public / private schools) may also apply, however their application will be considered on case to

case basis and on the discretion of the management.
