H1N1 is a flu virus. When it was first detected in 2009, it was called “swine flu” because the virus was similar to those found in pigs. The H1N1 flu virus caused a world-wide pandemic in 2009. It is now a human seasonal flu virus that also circulates in pigs.
Manifestations of H1N1 influenza are similar to those of seasonal influenza. Patients present with symptoms of acute respiratory illness, including at least 2 of the following:

Motherhood Expo, organized by Sphere Exhibits Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. has emerged as The Largest Baby and Maternity Expo in Southeast Asia with an exhibition area of 77,558 sq. ft. with more than 350 exhibition booths. The total turnout this year was approximately 90,000 visitors, mainly are mums, soon-to-be mums and their families!

Our researchers compiled some filthy places and objects that you should not only approach with caution, but how to rid yourself of the unavoidable germs and bacteria that many of us come into contact with every day.
LEMON AND LIME WEDGES
Almost 70% of wedges set on the rims of glasses at restaurants are contaminated by disease-causing germs like E.coli and other fecal bacteria. When you order
your drink, tell them to hold the wedge.
TOOTHBRUSHES
Food particles get stuck in the bristles and your toothbrush becomes a germ factory. Soak the brush in a mixture of 50% water and 50% percent hydrogen peroxide for a few minutes once a week or change the brush often.
KITCHEN SPONGES
The pores in the sponge are a haven for germs. Nuke a damp sponge in the microwave for
two minutes and replace them every few weeks.
MENUS
According to a study in the Journal of Medical Virology, cold and flu viruses can survive for 18 hours on hard surfaces. Did you ever hear of anyone washing the menus? Wipe your hands with a disinfectant wipe or scrub them with hand sanitizer after handling the menu.
SHOPPING CARTS
A recent study showed that 67% of shopping cart handles had high fecal bacteria counts. Use a disinfectant wipe to clean the handle. Many supermarkets supply these.
GYM EQUIPMENT
A study in the Clinical Journal of Sports Medicine found rhinoviruses on 73% of weight equipment they tested and 51% of aerobic machines. Keep an alcohol-based hand

AIRPLANE CABINS
Pretty much everything in a jet cabin is a hotbed for germs including the bathroom, blankets, pillows and seatback pockets. Use sanitizer as often as possible; and aim your air vent so it passes just in front of your face to direct airborne germs away from you.
CELL PHONES
Cell phones contain 500 times more bacteria than toilet seats! The University of Arizona tested 25 cell phones and found staph bacteria on half of them which can cause life-threatening issues. Regularly use disinfectant wipes on digital devices.
DESK SURFACES
Desktops contain

per square inch. We recommend to clean your desk, computer, keyboard,etc regularly
with disinfectant wipes or anti-bacterial cleaner (damp-not-wet).
