The 5th Talent Management Asia was held at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel on 9 - 10 March. Close to 250 senior HR professionals and talent acquisition specialists gained insights into some of the biggest talent trends and challenges through a series of keynote presentations, case studies and panel discussions.

Featuring a total of 18 sessions and 34 speakers & panellists from leading organisations, the conference was specially curated for conference delegates to discuss updates in the talent marketplace and other HR trends.

Key topics covered include aligning talent and business strategies, high impact talent management, developing a high potential culture, performance management, leadership development and building a smarter workforce.
